I hired him to do a headlight restoration on my 2015 Lexus IS250 and if you know anything about this car, it's not the simplest job in the world. The curvature of the headlights and the thin daytime running lamps make for a challenge to the untrained, e.g. Me. It was easy to schedule an appointment. He responds so quickly and a couple of texts back and forth and I was scheduled at 8AM the next day with upfront, transparent pricing. Then you know what happened? He showed up ON TIME! That shows that he respects my time. After doing a walkthrough of the vehicle with him, he didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. I really appreciated his honesty about the job at hand. However, I know that when I'm ready for a full detail job which will include paint correction and engine bay cleaning, I'll be contacting Pristine Auto Lab for the job. Jackson then got right to work. I saw the meticulous attention to detail while he sanded down my headlights and applied the ceramic coating to the pair of headlights. He backs up his work with his personal guarantee and that just assured me that I couldn't go wrong choosing this company to do the work on my car. On top of all of this, having the work performed in my garage saved me time, gas, and allowed me to spend more time with my family instead of wasting my morning sitting in a shop. It also allowed me to forego having to visit said shop that may try to gouge me on the price of their work. His van is so clean and I found out that he built and installed every single component inside of it and that just shows the pride puts into the work that he does and this business that he's building. The man hauls around a de-ionized water tank in his van for crying out loud! Jaylen was detailing a couple of houses down from where I was. He already was done with one of the cars he was doing that day. What caught my eye is the workman ship of his work. It just stood out. The cars his was working on just look amazing. Long story short. I pick up a business card from him and scheduled one a couple days later. I caught an engine bay service and a wash with detailing the inside. Man, for my old 2010. The engine bay and the whole car look amazing when he was done. Nothing short of my expectations.
