Well, I think it important to share experiences with businesses! I use Yelp a lot to search for local businesses for the majority of my projects. I sent out a request for a quote, as this business is highly rated. Sadly, this is the response I received! Apparently, they are too busy for new customers. So, save your self some time and search up True Finish Detailing or The Best Detail. Both businesses quickly responded to my quote request and have been extremely pleasant to work with! Update: See your 1-Star review from Brian 13 days ago; your customers do leave 1-Star reviews. Also, look at the attached picture. If you take new customers, then why did I get that response from you? You could have easily said we are booked out over the next month, but could fit me in after that, as I did not specify a time. Really poor job for interior cleaning at $220, you'd think the inside would look great. Nope, windows aren't cleaned, plastics not shined. Floor mats and seats looked ok, but nothing I couldn't do with a free vacuum at a car wash. When I complained, they said they don't even show me as a customer! Additionally, they claim they are "BBB certified" which is a lie, according to BBB (see photos). They claim I'm not a customer - my receipt is attached. Can't say enough good! From scheduling the service to completion, was a great experience. They sent texts confirming the appointment, another letting us know when they were almost done with their previous job and another when they were leaving to head our way. And the job itself? Fantastic! Had a full service interior and exterior done on my mid size SUV. It hadn't been cleaned in months. In the end it looks like it came off the showroom floor! Are there cheaper options? Communication was frequent and professional. He and his wife did a fantastic job on my dirty car. They got rid of all the marks and smudges and dirty carpets and made my car look brand new again. They were even able to greatly improve and diminish a food stain I had gotten on the passenger seat. My husband paid for another service to detail my interior and they left two wet rags under my Weather Tech mat creating a moldy mess. We found the rags, cleaned the mold but the smell would not dissipate. Tornado came to my office and within 2 hours my car looked brand new, and smells amazing. Okay so we had a projectile vomit nightmare incident happen in the front seat of my car. I wanted to just burn the car. I couldn't imagine it ever being driveable again. Desperate to get it cleaned my husband called the mobile detailer his company uses regularly. When I went to pick up my car after they 'cleaned' it I was horrified that there was streaks on vomit on the doors still and the car stunk so bad I burst in tears. (Mind you I was having the worst week imaginable and this was the 15th thing to go wrong). Then my husband called tornado mobile detailing and they came to work promptly when they said they would. I was super skeptical and told them to just leave now if they couldn't help me. The assured me I would be satisfied and said I wouldn't have to pay if I wasn't. Sounded good to me! They spent 2 hours meticulously cleaning my car and steam cleaning the floor (which the other company didn't). I still can't believe it's as clean as it is. It looks brand new like nothing happened in it!!! I keep looking for something they missed and I can't find anything. I mean I can't recommend them enough.
