This is true in many cases, however, it's far from the truth at Tailor Made Bodies. Aaron changed my life completely! At first, I was worried about becoming codependent on someone to motivate me to work out. I was worried that I'd only feel encouraged to work out with him and I'd walk out of the studio not caring as much without his presence! This was so false! Since day one with Aaron, I'd walk out of the studio excited to do more on my own and that's the goal here-- to guide you into becoming self-sufficient. I was a little too excited actually, so much so that I was eager to bite off more than I can chew at times and that's coming from someone who was intimidated. I came across TMB, while researching, during a plateau in my weight loss journey after a major surgery. My friends told me the gym would help with my plateau, but I didn't know a single thing about the gym outside of the treadmill. Cardio was already the only workout I was doing at the time, I feared people judging me at the gym due to how I felt about my lack of knowledge, and I even judged myself when I would work out alone at home because I had no clue what I was doing so I wouldn't be consistent due to private embarrassment haha. It's important because realistically our personal lives do impact everything we do and in life we won't always be the non-stop working machines we want to be. I really liked training with Noemy! I started working with her about 9 months post-partum. I was about 178 lbs and after 6 months dropped down to 162. While maybe not a drastic change for some, I was excited to fit back into my pre-pregnancy jeans . I was so impressed with the reviews and Aron and in matter of time i was so emotionally traumarized. All they care in piece of paper, payments and contract and same old gym terms and condition. I was with them for 2 months initially they did 1 hour sessions than they said it was our mistake you signed for 30 mins (i said okay). I was told they have planned everything and trainer will explain so never bothered to ask. Just did by workouts. Aron is busy so he had send his trainer (Nick) to help me as i just delivered the baby and was going through a big change. Be careful all they care is the payment. I had some issues and had requested them if i can freeze my payment for last month. Before they considered i kept following up there was no response and later it became SO BAD. I really did not feel good about the whole situation. They have great explanation and put the whole blame on me. I was new mom with the baby and personal issues it was hard for me thought having personal coach will help me i spended my money and no results $1500 all wasted. Please be careful and always ask contract copy. I thought they would give me i never received and felt they are friendly and helpful. i was looking to get in shape and made an appointment with aaron after reading all the 5-star reviews. he's super knowledgeable, personable, and motivating -- working with him was definitely one of the better decisions i've made. his studio is outfitted with a ton of stuff so the workouts never get monotonous or boring and he challenges you without being obnoxious :) my waist got tighter, my butt is higher, and my legs and arms are toned -- and all i was looking for was to not get winded walking up the stairs. now i'm taking the stairs instead of the elevator and biking for fun. aaron definitely made a positive impact on both my health and lifestyle. read more

I randomly found Tailormade Bodiez through groupon back in February. I was at a point in my life where I knew I needed a personal trainer because I didn't have the discipline to commit myself to a stable diet and routine. I played sports growing up and frequented the gym (inconsistently) so I knew how to work out, but sometimes you have to switch it up. The groupon was for four sessions and the price was right so I purchased it. I went in for my first session and at the conclusion of it, knew Aaron and Tailormade Bodiez was the perfect fit for me. I ultimately ended up signing up for an extended fitness plan for 6 months. In those six months I can honestly say I was the healthiest and most in shape I'd been in years.
