They took my dog into another room and I could hear him crying when they were doing whatever they did. They put blood bags over his paws to keep the blood from getting everywhere. Brought him home and he was bleeding non stop for hours and had to constantly empty the bag out from all the blood. And my boy is a really good dog and lets me touch his paws and check them all the time, maybe if u would do it right he wouldn't have been moving around, regardless this should NOT happen. This is outrageous you guys hurt my poor dog and made him loose lots of blood. I would give 0 stars if I could.
