Although they are usually pretty busy, the girls who work the kiosk are always friendly and polite (although it helps if you speak Spanish). The best thing about this place is that there is no setup fee. This is especially useful to me as a business owner, because if I want to put an employee's name below the company logo on their shirts, I don't have to pay a ridiculous fee every single time. For a basic logo, they charge $15 which is quite reasonable. You can leave your article of clothing there to be embroidered, go shop for 20 minutes or so, come back and pick it up. And of course there is *nothing* to do for 20 minutes at the mall to keep you occupied...[insert sarcasm here]. In short, this is a great place with good quality and good customer service. Highly recommend it!

Very disappointing people do business like this. Rule of thumb if you're going to be upset about providing delivery services then don't offer delivery services .... I'm not sure what's so difficult about taking an elevator up to our suite. If parking is an issue we're more than happy to pay valet to keep the car in the ramp.
