I had came…read morefrom another surf shop locally where i was not assisted and was stuck trying on different brands and sizes for over 2 hours. I was in and out of billabong with a perfect sized wetsuit in 20 minutes. Owner was very knowledgeable and made sure i got what i came for and that was a properly fitting wetsuit. Staff was very friendly and i will definitely go back to billabong. I'd also like to mention how the owner did not try to sell me on the most expensive and bank breaking suit. He found the proper one for me and i was more than happy with the assistance.

I really love billabongs clothes but the staff makes you so uncomfortable- specifically the older…read morewoman and older man (owner). He is just straight up rude. They watch you as if you are going to steal and give you an attitude if you try on things and don't end up buying them. I would buy so much more if I felt comfortable enough to try it on! With such a strict return policy I don't feel comfortable purchasing to try on at home. It seems like the store must not be doing well if they are harassing their customers like this.
