Both took a bit of time to come out, but let me tell you -- it was absolutely worth it. The broth was rich, umami and not too fishy. The sardine bomb is a bit of a thicker and more potent broth, but wasn't overpowering at all. The noodles were wavy and chewy (maybe buckwheat?). Each bowl was loaded with tender pieces of protein that tied together seamlessly with the broth and noodles.
