However, there are some holes that need a little strategic planning - so bring some extra balls just in case ;) The course is more or less well kept and the grass is trimmed. Feel free to bring your own clubs and balls but you can rent as well. Game $5.60. Clubs $1. Balls $1.25. There is plenty of parking on the lot or in the neighborhoods. There are washrooms available too.

So the sun wasn't in my eye and it wasn't so hot!! They have the rules in place where only one group at a time per hole, which I think is fantastic as I won't accidentally hit anyone with a golf ball since I'm a newbie. I will come back again and take more pictures of the gorgeous views here. Nice small hills and trees all around. I'll definitely come back again soon!! I'll be practicing lots this summer.

I have been playing here for many years, since I was a child in fact, though I don't think I will ever go back. I was shocked to see what poor conditions the course was left in. It is not worth the money the charge, as you will get better playing conditions on your own lawn. In addition, there were many beer cans and cigarette buds left along on the course, as seen by these photos taken on July 11th , 2021. There was no sign of a grounds keeper and there were frisbee golf players jumping over the course fence into the golf course. Ultimately, you would be better off playing in your own backyard as those are probably better conditions than the course at the moment.

Essentially, it's a nice mix of golf and miniature golf, where you use the driver to hit the ball to the green, and then use the putter to get the ball in the hole. We want on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon around 1:30 PM. My friends brought a bunch of golf balls from home, so it cost us ~$14 each to play, and $2 for each club rental (you need both a driver and a putter). The course itself is nice but challenging, with lots of hills and trees. The course itself is over a mile and a half long, so you definitely feel like you got a workout at the end of the game. I'm absolutely awful at golf, but I still had a great time. The course took us just over two hours, but that was partially because the course was moderately busy. We normally had to wait a few minutes before we could play each hole, but it's not a big deal. If you're looking for a good way to enjoy the sunshine and try something new, check out the Pitch & Putt in Queen Elizabeth Park. Just make sure you take advantage of the free parking if you enter the park from 37th ave.

The…read morecourse is pretty fun with some holes that goes through logs, has a jump over a small water area, multiple levels and more. My only complain is that they really don't maintain it. The bricks surrounding each hole is quite loose which could be a potential danger for children who walk on it.. The holes were filled with water when we went (probably from the rain the night before) and the fake grass was lifting and some holes had a small portion that was filled in with carpet. All in all, the whole course looks nice from afar but when you're at each hole it looks a little bit dirty. Seymour creek's mini golf would be a fun place to come if you're in the area, want to play mini golf and you don't have super high standards.

Taylor pointed out a lot of things that other coaches have not in the past and she was able to correct my swing within an hour. This venue is also reasonably priced. We went to several indoor golf places in richmond and vancouver. Scratch had the best rental golf clubs and the price for the way was really cheap compared to the other facilities.

Lawn Bowling is a really low cost, fun sport for all ages. Kerrisdale has members that represent…read moreevery decade of age (11-80+) so if you think that it is a sport only for senior citizens you are mistaken! If you like curling and bocce, you will find a lot of similarities. Kerrisdale LBC has an excellent bowling green, really nice members, a terrific clubhouse (cheap beer!), excellent coaching and several provincial and national champions in their ranks. It is easily accessible by bus and has a ton of free parking right outside the club. I encourage anyone that would like to try it out to swing by the club and roll a few bowls (free!) to check it out.
