They certainly staff the place in a manner that would suggest they have no fear of losing business to other establishments. Forget about getting something done here in a rush. I have used the copy center a dozen times in the past 4 months. Only once was it staffed with enough people to properly service customers. The self-serve center is constantly out-of-order.
