What an amazing experience- we hired this company to move my parents home (25 years of breakables…read moreand super fragile items. Mike was super helpful on the phone- returned the call when he said he was going to call me back- and the guys Marco and Julian along with Rudy the owner showed up exactly on time (I got even a confirmation email)... they worked fast and efficient and with nothing broke. Plus my parents had super large and heavy furniture/ they had the right equipment to pick it up without damage to the furniture or the guys. Plus they were polite, neat packers and respectful of my parents items and just people that you would trust in your home. They made my parents feel so comfortable and as their daughter, I greatly appreciate these guys and will be using them in the future. Oh and their truck is super clean and large - it's not just guys and a UHaul. Also the price was exactly what was told to us and they did exactly what they said they were going to do and beyond. I called and interviewed everyone in town and felt most comfortable with them...it was the right choice. I booked LMS back in February 2026 to unpack a POD in May. I called probably 3x in between to…read moreverify things, and I'm so glad they didn't want to hang up on my nervous self. (This move has been a stressful one for me.) They called to confirm the night before, and on the morning of, my two gents (shout out to Ross and CJ!) showed up 30 mins early. EARLY! That's unheard of in this day and age. I was impressed!!!! It took these two about 3hrs to unload our 16ft POD. I wasn't aware, but they do a 10% military discount. (We paid cash to avoid the 3% card fee.) There was a $100 deposit at the time of booking, which came off our bill. And of course, we tipped--which they are allowed to accept. (Thanks Ken for being an amazing owner that allows that!) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LMS for your moving needs. While this move was out of pocket for us, I hope that they're contracted with the military for our next (and FINAL, hallelujah) move. Ross and CJ, much love to you both. They were punctual, professional, respectful, efficient, nothing was broken, or scratched. Prior to their arrival I was nervous and feeling emotional with concerns regarding will anything get broken, scratched, etc, however, when they arrived, the nervousness and concerns I was experiencing quickly subsided. Their outstanding demeanors enabled me to relax, and thank God for blessing with trust worthy movers. In the extreme heat of July, these guys powered through it and got the job done with zero complaints, great work ethic/attitude and asked all the right questions during loading. I spoke to a receptionist about all details , location, what Items I had in storage . the receptionist wrote down that I had 5 boxes and 3 large items. i told her I had a few boxes and 3 large items . she wrote in the wrong info to start with. When they arrived they sat at the wrong address for an hour and I spoke with the receptionist and gave her specific directions as to where the unit was. So the guys had to be rerouted to the actual address due to her not informing them . I also was told that we could make a stop to drop a receptionist desk off that I had sold . I'm being billed for time so they assured that was fine . the manager called me a few times and boy this man is the rudest , HE DOES NOT LET YOU GET A SINGLE WORD IN YALL. I had to ask him if I could speak without being cut off . as a consumer imagine things being miscommunicated and then he wouldn't let you get a word in . they also don't inform you until they are on their way . They don't give you a prior notice, I tried to explain to him I don't live in the town my storage was so I would like to be informed do I can make it on time. after speaking to him about the mess ups on their end , he goes we're cancelling the job . I said I agree bc as a consumer I don't want to put a dime in your pocket . If your looking for professional movers , do not book this company at Greenville location . I had several items broken, packing was very subpar, and experienced delivery delays because the crew and truck were "impounded" by law enforcement due to their actions, and I lost money. I believe the owner wanted to do the right thing, but I received mostly untruths. Very sad, very frustrating. Use caution and do due diligence to confirm whether they have proper insurance for their work. Prior to my move, I had recommended them to dear friends who suffered monetary losses far greater than I did. I would never use them again.

They were exceedingly efficient and extremely personable and nice. They loaded on a Monday and , at our request, unloaded on Saturday (the 23d of December). They unloaded in the pouring rain and took exceptional care to insure that no damage occurred to the house during the process. Mr. Hardy, himself, followed up on the 27th to see how we felt the move went. We have nothing but high praise for Mr. Hardy, who is a man of his word, and his company.
