It seems as though they may have forgotten that they are being paid to provide a service and in doing so should demonstrate a level of professionalism. Regarding the therapy area, it felt congested. I have been in other places that provided more space for movement. As I passed clients who were exercising on the floor so close to the pathway, as well as those adjacent in chairs that line the wall of the small hallway receiving therapies, and having to pass through occupied rooms because the rest of the hallway is closed off, allowing for more equipment to be placed on either side of the door was unsettling. It seemed as though it was done so that they could maximize the number of clients they see in a given day. It felt more like a factory than a therapy center. It was just not the right place for me.
