The reason I came in was due to lower back pain caused by a myriad of reasons. Dr Zoller took the time to sit with me and discuss not only the pain but asked other lifestyle questions to determine a whole picture. Even though I was the last appointment of the day I was not rushed at all. What I must appreciate is that he doesn't try to immediately put you in a plan and suck as much money from you as he can. He told me that my issues could be caused by other factors and if I don't have relief within a few weeks he could refer me elsewhere to check into some things. I love when a doctor knows what their limits are and cares enough to let you know if it's outside of those limits. Dr Zoller then put me on the table to feel out some of the issues and made sure to tell me if I feel uncomfortable with any hand placements or anything he's doing for any reason to let him know and he'd stop. He noticed an area in my Beck that needed adjustment and checked with me before doing so since I came in mainly for my back. Even though it had been several years since I'd been in, Dr Zoller asked about my job and my family like it had only been a month. Long story short the reason I was having mobility problems/ and falling, my psychiatrist had given me a prescription for Xanax for my anxiety and panic attacks after the death of my child. I told Joel this and I also documented ALL medications on my new patient form, However Joel told me it was possible that I may have MS . A money maker diagnosis ~do your homework like I did so a neurologist like Joel will not make money off you . I'm so upset I have had rash after rash for 13 yrs with the help of Joel and other Doctors taking advantage of a mother grieving.
