I was recently shopping at the store and as I shopped i overheard an interaction between the lady at the front desk and a customer. The customer was inquiring about a book he had found that had no price on it. The lady at the desk apologized and told him it had been an oversight. He demanded to know why it had happened. She explained that they had a new volunteer and that they had just missed it. He then stated , very loudly, that she was obnoxious! She had been nothing but polite and pleasant . His reaction was rude and ridiculous. So please do not let these 1 star reviews put you off.
