I have used the Germantown Take 5 car wash for about 2 years. It opened in 2022 and used to be a good facility. Not so today. Vacuum had pour section, one bay had no working Vacuum hose, and all air hoses did not operate. The owners of this business are not investing in routine maintenance and repair. I have a membership but today's experience may result in canceling the membership and finding a better car wash.​ read more

This little hidden gem of a car wash is tucked away in the corner of the Lowe's parking lot. Being rather hidden, it tends to never be very busy. The price for a single wash may seem a tad high, but all the essentials to do a complete detail job is included. Given that, it's actually a very good value. They take really good care of the equipment, too. read more

They normally do a fantastic job of keeping up with the towels and product to detail your car. However, today they were a bit off because they didn't have any towels in the bin and the gentleman said he didn't have time to do anything so we're out of luck. I had some napkins in my car which I used to do the detailing, and it was OK as a towel down much better! read more

The good: *Uniformed attendees who pre-spray your car before it goes through the wash. *Recent upgrades to the vacuums, air blowers, and detail center that includes towels, glass cleaner, and general purpose cleaner. *Wash and detail your car as much as you want for $20 per month. The not-so-good *Limited capacity - get ready to wait in line during peak times. *You must wash your car if you want to detail the interior. There is no access to the detail center unless you wash your vehicle and since washing takes less time than vacuuming and detailing you will either skip the interior detail or have to wait for other customers to finish. *This location is designed with two lanes but - and I'm not exaggerating- one of the lanes is usually blocked off. *I've noticed that on some occasions the Carwash shuts down before posted closing times. * Excess personnel on site who don't all seem to have a mission. read more

NOT TOUCHLESS. Had to wait in line for a while due to them having to reset the system. Very nice employees. Truck came out clean, but I was very disappointed since I never use a car wash with any type of mechanical brushes since I have paid a lot of money to have my paint polished and ceramic coated and did not want any micro scratches. read more

I stopped by today to get a wash and the member line had 3 cars and was not moving because someone's sticker wouldn't read. So I went into the other line and that RF reader should've let me through. Apparently it is broken. So back into the line that wasn't moving. When I got up to the gate I asked the person who later identified herself as the manager why the reader in the other line was still broken. It has been broken quite a while off and on. She suggested that if I wanted it fixed I should pay for it. I told her repairs are part of a business plan and if it hadn't been budgeted that maybe the plan was flawed. She then told me not to come back to this location. I told her I was invested in this one and I would be back. She then shutdown the Carwash and went into the office. When she came out she informed me that my account was cancelled and that I had a few days left on my current bill cycle and then I was done. It takes a lot of gall to resolve a problem of broken equipment with a membership cancellation. It's a shame because it was convenient. Honestly though I don't see how this place can continue with such horrid people skills. read more

This car wash was recently purchased / taken over by the current company and it went downhill FAST. The process went up and the service, quality of the wash, and the value received went way down. Having had to deal with "corporate" twice, I see why the service at the car wash is down, corporate just doesn't care about its customers. Save your time and money and go to one of the newer, nicer, and far better car washes that are being built everywhere. This one is pretty bad. read more

This place is great if you are in a crunch. I had to go out of town last minute and was going to miss my dealership appointment. I had been to a few other places who had to turn me away because they did not have my filter in stock. The technician was extremely patient while I triple checked the type of oil my SUV required as it has under 25,000 miles and still under warranty. All of the technicians I saw or encountered were very friendly. read more

$18 for a deluxe wash and wash. Includes an extra $1 for Glass Cleaner. No evidence of a glass cleaner. Glass still needed cleaning. I didn't find that the car was washed very well. There were still a lot of marks on it. Also came out of the car wash quite wet still. It's very nice that they give you a rag so you can wipe down the car yourself. And what's the deal with vacuuming? Yay, you get free use of a vacuum cleaner. Big deal. It seems that with drying the car off and doing all the vacuuming, you are doing more than half the work yourself. If you go to Germantown Carwash, they do all the work for you at about the same price. They do an equally mediocre job, but at least they do it, not you. read more

They have amazing customer service and were very respectful and professional plus I ended up getting the $21 polymer pro wash and it did an amazing job and my car was nice and shiny to the point where I signed up for their membership which was only like $5 for the first month which is a pretty good deal. read more

Good intentions but poor quality. Tried to buy package washes, attendant said that was for "overseas customers only" wtf had receipt and website info but was told only for European car washes. Makes no sense perhaps antifi attempt at good business. read more

Great staff, very friendly and professional. Clean and well organized place. The drive-through car wash works well. I'd stick to the mid-level package. There's not much difference on the more expensive packages. The vacuums are strong and the blue paper towels they hand out work well for drying. Probably the best wash around. read more
