Everything can be improved! We paid $27 and I'm not sure a single bug was removed from the front of the vehicle. The dryers didn't remove more than 50% of the water at the end. In fact they didn't touch the back of the vehicle at all. Somehow I left the car wash with the rear of the vehicle being dirtier than it was before I got there. DO NOT USE this car wash unless you like wasting money. If you do like wasting money at least give it to the powerball or a casino and risk getting money back. read more

This place is HORRIBLE. Today I paid for the $20 wash. Overhead wash brush not working, tire shine not working, dryers BARELY working, NONE of the vacuums were working. No signage or warnings for the customer of all the components of the car wash that were not working to give you the option of going somewhere else before you pay and waste your money. I have never been to this car wash and had all of the equipment function properly. Typically the vacuums are all broken. The blow driers haven't worked in a year. And today the water rinse is out of order and my truck is still covered in soap. Not worth the money. The new car wash across the street is going to clean the floor with Take 5 once they open up. read more

PLEASE CORPORATE---come fix this car wash! It really needs to have a complete new car wash after years of problems with the system under the last three owners! I have 3 vehicles on the membership and have had a membership for 6+ years. The tire scrubber has been broken for months! The rinse water is lacking and leaves soap on the vehicles. The dryer does not dry the vehicles. The poor people working there always state that maintenance has been called. Please help them make the car wash a better one that actually cleans! You finally have a good crew working there and they are trying, but they are not mechanics! read more

I will not be using this car wash as it needs a lot of maintenance done. When I had to come home and literally rinse the soap off my car said it's a waste of money to have to do this especially with the price of inflation. Although they added vacuum spaces some still did not work properly and had to move to another. Worst part is the non rinsing of the wash. No refunds were issued or offered. read more

Don't bother! Went thru first time. Girl doing the bug brush on the front barely bothered. Going through half the stuff doesn't work. Came out with a ton of bugs on the front and on the windshield. Literally still had dirt on the sides. Pulled back around to tell them. When I got out the girl said just a minute an nearly sprayed me with the big stuff. Told to get in line again. Side brushes don't work. Only rinses drivers side. Still pathetic after two trips thru. This used to be an amazing place when it first open. Now it's awful read more

Their prices continue to go up while the quality of the service goes down. Last time I got a car wash there, it was up to $7 and they no longer brush wash the grill and windshield at that price. Once the wash was done, I still had bug guts smeared on my windshield. You have pay more to get the guy standing there to brush wash your windshield. Just not worth the money. read more

They have good equipment but they don't keep it running. They need a full time technician. I can't remember the last time the high powered rinse worked. You leave with soap on your car. The blower is the only thing taking the soap off and it leaves quite a bit. I love their concept and will go back if I find out they ever get it working properly. read more

Thanks for the reply and the correction of the passenger side rinse; however, it stopped working a couple of days after repairing. Now the overhead high pressure rinse has only one side working so the sweeping action only covers 2/3 of the vehicle and you got it, it's the passenger side which is not getting rinsed. Sitting on a gold mine for possible revenue of wash was working at top condition. read more

One of the worst run car washes I have ever seen. Always something wrong or closed. Should even get a one star.

`It's a good wash (the Polymer Pro VIP Unlimited), when you get what you are supposed to. But, my experience is that, 1/2 the times that I'm there, I get a wash, a level below what I'm paying for, and even after getting back in for another one, and I inform them of the problem, they acted as if they didn't believe me, and still gave me the lower level wash. 30 minutes, since the line was almost to the entrance of the place, another 10 minutes discussing the problem and going thru the wash again, then finally had to leave because we didn't have anymore time to waste. Very frustrating. They blamed it on the washer being out of sync with the vehicles coming in, or the accounts are switched on the vehicles that I have signed up. I asked very nicely, "since I was having all these issues, could I get a free month", to which the answer was, NO. Tells me how much they care about me as a customer. Also, the last time I took my Expedition through it, which is a completely stock vehicle, it tore my drivers side mirror up, and they think that it is acceptable for them to take 6 months to even hear back from them. I'm sure that's just in hopes that you forget, and I probably will. The vacuum's stink, (I would say suck, but in this case, that would be a good thing) and they must not care, because it's almost always this way. I love doing business with folks, where I feel like I'm appreciated. and I have no problem with the $35.99/mo. for this account, but, you're not appreciated here.
