I was in South Central Texas doing some volunteer work and saw an interesting vehicle online. I messaged the dealership and Natalie Hernandez responded. We texted several times over the next few days, and I stopped at the dealership on the way home to look at the Tahoe. Natalie is an absolute gem - we drove the truck and she answered ALL the questions I had; I drive older vehicles and all the bells and whistles on the one i drove were totally beyond me :-) She had LOTS of questions to answer! And there was no "fluff" or pressure selling - just a very pleasant test drive and conversation. I decided to buy the Tahoe after I got home - 4+ hours north of Early, TX. I called Natalie to see about getting it closer to me, and she very willingly agreed to take the truck to their Stephenville dealership. We arranged a day/time to meet and I picked the truck up in Stephenville. Another great experience. I believe it was the F&I manager who answered a few questions for me prior to signing the paperwork - he was very pleasant to deal with, but unfortunately I'm unsure about his name. Natalie, again, was a superstar! We signed paperwork and she got the OnStar working and paired my phone to the vehicle. She told me to be sure to call if I had any other questions, and I'm quite sure that offer stands indefinitely. I did have one question so far that I've contacted Natalie about. She responded almost immediately with a concise answer. I've had the truck about three weeks now, and it's a pleasure to drive. First off have to say the best experience with a car dealer EVER. I put in a request to get info about a 2015 Sienna and I was emailed not called and they asked in the email if they could text or call. Thank you for that. I was assigned, Natalie Hernandez. We texted and set up an appointment she was very flexible to my schedule and working around my newborn's schedule as well. Some of this may be because Covid-19 but I hope they keep it this way. We drove the car alone just us so we could freely talk, we got back and she took some information and told us we could go home instead of making us wait on the financing application to be processed. No "KEEP THEM HERE" mentality I hate. Financing came back and it was pretty good as we do have some bad spots and their trade offer was very good starting no low ball playing. Easily agreed on the whole deal by text. We came for a 4:30 appointment and out the door by 5:00. I spent maybe a total of 1 hour inside the building it was an amazing sales experience. My experience with Bruner was great. My sales rep Nick Matz went above and beyond. I was in a major time crunch due to my job and needed a vehicle quick. Purchased a GMC Acadia from this dealership. One of the most stress free car purchases I've ever had. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. They found the perfect car match for what I wanted. Great test drives on multiple vehicles until finding the right car. Paperwork was easy peezy. Car delivered clean, certified, and out the door without a hitch.
