We liked this place so much we would drop our vehicle off and walk across the street to eat at Kentucky Fried Chicken while Big Splash worked on our car. We had been very pleased with them, but no longer. On May 7, they got ArmorAll on our front passenger seat and did not get the front of the car clean from bugs. The top area was clean from bugs above the grill, but below the grill, it was not. We stopped and spoke with the manager and he refused to correct their mistakes. The bugs I could live with, but the spotted seat I could not. I have had this happen before from Big Splash, and getting ArmorAll out of the seat upholstery is very difficult. One has to clean four times to get the stain out of the upholstery. We live in Hot Springs Village and have had illness keeping us from getting to HS sooner. The manager argued we should have returned sooner about it. To us, it is obvious that Big Splash failed to do their job, as we discovered the mess on our way home on the 7th. of May. I don't recommend anyone go to Big Splash Car Wash. Their work is sloppy!!!! They do not own up to their mistakes, especially for a returning good customer. All we wanted was help to clean the seat at most. We did not want any refund or anything else. Now, we will no longer patronize Big Splash. We are done with them!!!!!!!

I am not sure if you are aware Bryan,there are some dirt roads in this area. I happened to be down one the day before I made the mistake of using your business. My truck was dusty. I had an appointment next door to your business, got lazy and used your wash instead of hand washing. My mistake. I thought I was using a credible business. And no, the scratches on the truck were not caused by the gravel road. If you recall, they were higher up on the sides If my truck was not parked outside of my house while you were invading my privacy with your drone, it means I was not home. My truck sits outside when I am home. If it was not there, I was not home. As we spoke about when we met, the scratches were not there before using your business. If you would have gotten back to me as YOU promised, we would not be having this conversation. I am out the time and labor to fix these scratches, but I am wiser.
