I am not sure if you are aware Bryan,there are some dirt roads in this area. I happened to be down one the day before I made the mistake of using your business. My truck was dusty. I had an appointment next door to your business, got lazy and used your wash instead of hand washing. My mistake. I thought I was using a credible business. And no, the scratches on the truck were not caused by the gravel road. If you recall, they were higher up on the sides If my truck was not parked outside of my house while you were invading my privacy with your drone, it means I was not home. My truck sits outside when I am home. If it was not there, I was not home. As we spoke about when we met, the scratches were not there before using your business. If you would have gotten back to me as YOU promised, we would not be having this conversation. I am out the time and labor to fix these scratches, but I am wiser. I would never again use your business.
