Been going here for a while. I use to bring a sonata , they would change the oil from under the car .. I got a palisade and they've NEVER been under my car to change the oil. They use some machine to suck it out or some shit .. I asked why they do it this way , he told me it's certain models that they have to do this for . Well I just found out I have NO OIL in my car .. remind you I just brought it in for an oil change on 10/7 and I have NO OIL ! I brought it to a mechanic and come to find out they never even changed the oil filter (which is where my oil leak is coming from) . I've been on the phone for 15 mins as I type this and can't get ahold of anyone to even discuss anything about this ! read more

Great service. You will usually be in and out in under 30 minutes. Each technician takes the time to show you your air filter and see that it is dirty or not. You can see them pouring oil into the engine because they use a clear jug to put the oil. They will also show you the dipstick and that the oil is clean and at the safe level. Very professional and they walk you through the steps. They also give discounts to active military and veterans. read more

literally sat for an hour because I guess the workers don't know how to his job ( and when I finnaly got serviced this African American man tried to bargen with me that my air filter was dirty when literally last week my husband changed it and he filled my tires way to high with air to where they look like they are gonna explode and with a 10 dollar discount the oil change was still a 120 dollars) I feel like this service was terrible and I will not be returning to the hammond location and I would advise everyone to do the same. read more

I've been going here for almost 3 years. Great service every single time. I have went In-N-Out in 15 minutes. Went in today and the people that were trying to help me didn't even know how use a fleet card. Never had an issue before today was very rude and didn't offer any type of help when it came to using the card. I sat with my hood open for over 15 minutes before anyone came over to my car. It took over 40 minutes to get my 5 minute oil change. They took 2 other cars ahead of me that arrived way after I had. I am a regular customer and it is the only place I have taken my car since I bought it. However this time I was not in their system. Although you pull up to this place and you might be 3rd in line they really keep the line moving. I love being able to sit in my vehicle with my children and not have to get out. They usually have capri suns and waters to pass out. They do offer free top off of fluid between oil changes...I've never used this feature because I don't wanna wait in the line. Took my car in just for a routine oil change. They said my air filter needed to be replaced, so I told them to go ahead and do it. The next day my check engine light was on and my car wouldn't accelerate at all. I had to get it towed to the mechanic. Turns out the air filter not only was defective, but they didn't even properly install it as the mechanic said it just fell out as soon they opened it. I had time after work today to finally go and talk to a manager about this to see if they could refund part of my bill. They said they couldn't because I didn't bring it back to them when I had no idea what was wrong with my car. Unless you want your car to break down, then don't come here. read more

This place is a bit expensive, but they are very quick and convenient! It truly does only take 5 minutes. If you need your oil changed, tires rotated, or other minor adjustments, this is the place to go. The staff is always extremely friendly and kind. They will offer some up-sales, but just choose the options you want (for instance, they offered to change out my wiper blades). They did air up all my tires and washed my windshield, which I appreciated. Much better than Walmart, which can take an hour and a half on a busy day, plus you never have to leave your car. read more

There was a 10-15 minute time frame that they did not touch the car in front of me. I have been going for 10 years! This will be my last time! They damaged my car by not replacing the ground cover properly. I returned for them to put it on correctly. They did but failed to inform me that damage had been done. When I returned a second time for this matter they apologized and told me to return a third time when the manager would be there. I then got the run around for quite some time. When I finally got the manager he told me to take it to a specific body shop. I did and returned with the estimate. He was not satisfied with that estimate and told me he could do it cheaper. I am no well over 10 hours invested in this situation. I decided to contact corporate which was very difficult. I finally got someone to agree to pay for my damages only after I hired an attorney. They ultimately sent me half of the estimate amount. The run around I got from them was too much to handle. I gave up. read more

I only used Take5 for my truck. I have a 2018 F150 and I get full synthetic oil. With the extra quarts it's over $130 and I'm fine with that. I travel a lot with this truck. This will be the third time I have to leave work to have them fix the oil leak. The last three times I brought it to Take5 I had to bring back so they can fix the leak. Take5 is the only ones ever changed the oil in this truck. I'm very disappointed in the service I received. They was fast and friendly but the large oil spots in my drive way is not what I want. They did fix it the times I brought it back but no reason this should happen. I only had 5 oil changes total in this truck. 1 star cause it could damage my motor if I don't watch for leaks. read more
