i've only had breakfast. i had asked for multigrain and they gave me whole wheat but the bread itself was good. I also asked for ketchup but they didn't include any in my order. Their sausage tastes a little weird. It might have been turkey sausage but I didn't specify when i made my order; just said "sausage and egg". I wish they had told me they didn't have regular pork sausage. When i opened my sandwich; there was a remnant of PEANUT BUTTER on the cut edge. what if i was allergic to peanuts?? they really shouldve cleaned knife before reusing it. overall, a disappointment. Placed a to-go order from here for delivery. They were so nice on the phone, our order was all correct, the had a problem with our credit card and we had to call them back with more information, but they still made the food! Delivery was on time and they were so accommodating. The food was so good! Everything was fresh, presentation was nice (which is not easy with to go) and everyone really loved their meal. Looks like another average NY deli but this place is very solid and well above average. I've had both breakfast and lunch here and everything has been good. The roasted potatoes (with a side of some magical garlic sauce I could easily eat with a spoon) are the best! My favorite wrap is the tilapia and the jerk chicken wrap is also yummy. Just be patient, everything is freshly made so it usually takes a while. But like their sign says, fast food is not good - good food is not fast. Worth the wait. read more

I do like this place a lot. The coffee is fresh, tasty, medium bodied, and flavorful. They do have a nice selection of this to choose from to eat no matter if you come for breakfast or lunch. The bagels are the best on 3rd avenue-and I have been on a mission to find a good bagel on 3rd avenue-they are one part chewy and one part flavorful. The employees really do go out of their way to make everything you order perfect. You will not walk out of this place without a fork for your salad or have an order screwed up. They also have a nice selection of cakes which you can order by the slice. There is ample seating for a couple or trio. They have a salad station at a very reasonable price. Their food is fresh and if your vegan like me you can find tons of options here. Customer service is excellent. Prices are reasonable sometimes it's even cheap like there smoothies which a small runs $5 ! Most places like this are over priced. Definitely recommend you try out this place. read more

I really love this place. Their sandwiches are amazing!!! They allow for a "build your own sandwich" option - and I've tried pretty much anything (love their jerked chicken the best though). Stopped by here for lunch today after hearing great reviews about their salads. I ordered the Tuscan panini and a side of grilled corn on the cob. The Tuscan panini consists of beef salami, turkey, sundried tomatoes, roasted peppers, oregano, provolone, and honey mustard. I was very pleasantly surprised! The flatbread is very thin and crispy with a lot of grill marks. The filling was flavorful and very tasty. I enjoyed the corn on the cob as well- very buttery and fresh. The portions are huge. The girl at the counter was very nice and helpful as well. I work very close to here and am very excited to have a new lunch spot to eat/order from! read more

Im so happy my coworkers and I discovered this place! We work in an industrial part of Sunset Park, and I think we just got used to the stale bagels and crappy overpriced sandwiches with poor quality ingredients, which is what our neighborhood has to offer. Then we found this place on Grubhub! Was it too good to be true? I ordered the chicken salad. It tasted fresh with lots of diced veggies and herbs. My coworker got a breakfast sandwich on a croissant. The croissant was flaky and big and so was the fluffy omlette inside. Its obvious that this place puts a lot of love into their food. Everything was fresh and they have an array of ingredients to choose from. We definitely found a new breakfast and lunch spot. read more

I've had delivery from here a few times and their dinner options are hearty. Good portions and very tasty! The cake portions are great bang for your buck but maybe not your waistline !! They sent me a cappuccino once instead of a cappuccino cake slice. They sent the cake over even though I said "it was okay, next time, blah blah" but the guy one the phone insisted. Regardless of their food, this place deserves a 5 star just on customer service alone. I've walked in a few times and have always had great, cheerful people assist me. Tonight I didn't realize I walked in 5 min before they closed AND paid $8 on my card with a $10 min and honestly I would not have been able to tell if I didn't find out on my own. My favorite place to eat in Bay Ridge. I come here every morning and sometimes for lunch. The atmosphere is very hospitable. Coffee is always fresh. I tried greek salad and quesadilla with cheese. Delicious! You can always create your salad, sandwich or whatever you want! Menu is endless: pancakes, burgers, fries, soups, salads... Smoothies are always fresh and healthy. I would give zero stars but thats not available. I ordered the turkey panini. I read the description asked to leave off what I can't eat and it came with Mayo which was not even in their description and its a Quesadilla its not even a panini. I called the restaurant the first time they were polite and said they can send another without Mayo. I explained i had to go to work soon so they promised it would be here within 15 minutes. 25 minutes later i called to cancel cause i had to got o work and they said it was out and hung up on me. I called Seamless they called the restaurant and they refused to refund the Panini. Seamless refunded on their end and said they would look into the situation cause that kind of reaction to hang up in a customer is unacceptable. The delivery guy came 35 minutes thats mire than double the time they promised the correct order would arrive. I had to refuse it cause i was walking out the door to work.
