The installers were Terry & Corey; they removed my ugly ceramic tile contertops and kept in communication with their shop when they found some additional measurements that needed to be added. They were very kind and patient and extremely professional. They cleaned as they worked, were very neat, and actually did some added features that I had requested with a great attitude. I must say both were very concientous and meticulous and Terry especially is a true perfectionist. He came back a few days later to complete some finish work and made sure I was happy. We stopped into Heart of the Home one afternoon and spoke with the owners (Lisa and Rod). We decided to go ahead with a quote. It was only a few days before Rod and Tye (the installer) came to measure for the cabinets. We met with Lisa in store to decide on the layout, style and wood for the cabinets. She was able to lay the cabinets out on the computer so we had a good visual of the design. Lisa quoted us separately for the different woods. Which was very helpful. She spent quite a bit of time discussing our options (much appreciated). We decided on Alder with quartz countertops. We ordered the cabinets and it was about six weeks before Tye installed them.
