The super friendly gal who greeted me walked me down to the isle where the plumbing supplies were and ask what I was looking for, I was looking for a 1 1/4 threaded pvc cap, she pointed and told me I would find it in that general area, sure enough there it was , I thanked her for the outstanding service and she told me that that was just normal. This store offered plants, building supplies, all the things that you would find at the big box stores , only they were focused on customer service. It paid off, I will be shopping here in the future when the need arises, highly recommended

Once he opened the business he came out to talk to me and welcomed me in. I told him my daughter is into doing stained glass panels and he started to tell me about where these pieces had come from. He had collected almost all his stuff in the store by doing building demolition and keeping and selling the removed items. There was so much cool stuff that I really took my time to take it all in. When I got to the old door locks and skeleton keys , that was really cool, then on to the tin you would put on a ceiling in the old days, crown molding, lighting fixtures, solid wood columns, windows, there were some antique furniture pieces but not a lot. I cannot wait to go back to this business when we come to town next time, the owner was super cool, highly recommended

I've called and asked for will calls pulled and ready to pickup same day. Theyve provided assistance on several occasions to transport and load a few very heavy object in my pickup. I misplaced my receipt. they printed one up in a matter of a few minutes. unfortunately I must say this is not always my experience in home improvement stores.
