I called to order my pizza, i saw on Tuesday a cheese pizza was 10 dollars. when i asked for my total, it was more than i expected. I asked about the special and the guy said you have to mention it to get the discount. Kinda cheesy..... The pizza was sauce less and tasteless too. read more

Flo's Pizza is under new ownership. The new owner, Arlind, took my order over the phone. He was very polite, and made sure he had the whole order correct before taking payment. I didn't get a picture of my chicken cutlet sub, but it tasted like fresh, hand-breaded cutlets. The pepperoni and mushroom pizza (pictured) was one of, if not THE, best pizzas I have had on the South Shore. The mushrooms were fresh, not canned, and the pepperoni was sliced thin and well dispersed. What made it better than the rest was the crust. It is a great, flavorful, Italian thin crust. Delivery was prompt, and the driver was friendly and courteous. I'll be a repeat customer. read more

Ordered the XL cheese pizza. I have to say it was just ok. Seems like the quality has changed from last time I had the pizza . The sauce was sweet and the crust could have been better just needed to be a little more crispy. Good value for the money. Service / Ambiance Was ok. Bunch of the guys who worked there sitting around a table. One of them just put out a cigarette as you could smell it in the restaurant and he had the pack and lighter in front of him. read more

Horrendous. This pizza joint has imploded in a matter of months. Absolute trash pizza.. sloppy, soupy, gooey pile of gelatinous sludge. Legit, where do I even begin? The cheese pizza had 0 structure, looks undercooked and is completely flaccid. Most of the slices literally fell apart as I lifted them up. The one then managed to not slide away was so laden in grease that the slice flopped on my fingers as I held the crust.. It gets worse.. This coma inducing "calzone" managed to have less structure than the pizza.. There's always going to be spillage with calzones but the entire meal shouldn't just ooze out of the dough like that ^ Flo's buffalo chicken calzone is actual nightmare fuel. I had to try a couple bites because I already paid for this monstrosity, and boy was I in for some dessert.. Woke up with with a severe case of food poisoning the next morning and it wreaked havoc on my insides all day. Horrible. We always ordered when it was Goodfellas at the hospital with no issues. Today we ordered food for lunch and waited an hour for 4 SALADS we finally called and they said the order was cancelled. If we wanted it would be another hour! We all can't wait an hour we are in the hospital working! An hour for four salads? Unreal. NEVER again. I ordered at 9:09pm and payed for my delivery and the food never came.......I know ALOT of people who order from here and I'm going to spread the word to stay away from them. Shady. They took my money and I never received my food. I called them.....no answer of course. This will cost them alot of customers. Stay far away from this shady place. read more

Im not one to complain unless it's warranted. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. They told me that if I didn't like the service (after they gave away my order on one occasion and sent me home with the wrong one the next) that I can go else where. I've visited this establishment a few times now, ordering something different every time and haven't been disappointed yet. Pizza is great. Subs are good, buffalo wings are great. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. just from the three or four times I've been here I already feel like a regular. Their timing on the store opening and couldn't be better. Between Papa Gino's and Lambert's deli closing there isn't a lot of options for a good sandwich on the quick on this side of the city anymore. Definitely worth checking them out. read more

First time ordering take pick up from this new pizza place and I was very impressed. I called in an order for a 16" Flo's Special pizza and a large Italian Calzone. The employee told me 15 minutes and I was shocked! When I got there everyone was super friendly and my food was ready. The pizza was thin crust and absolutely delicious! We don't usually order calzones because I feel like they are always overloaded and so hard to eat, but Flo's was thin and really good. I can't wait to try some other items on their menu. read more

Such a great experience! I am such a picky pizza person but I was beyond impressed by the quality of Flo's Pizza. Together my friend and I ordered a buff chick pizza, veggie pizza, chicken caesar salad, and some cheesecakes, and our pizzas were piping hot, the salad was huge, and the cheesecake was dense and delicious. Honestly, in addition to the food, the vibe of the employees was great. They talked with us, and they even boxed up our food to go for us. Glad to find a local pizza place with Chicken Bacon Ranch. Their small was a little more expensive than Supreme, but it is also bigger - 12" vs 10". I would have preferred a little more chicken and a little less ranch, but it was very good. The Greek salad came with a creamy, ranch-like dressing, which I found odd, but I always have some Greek dressing in the frig and had half of each, and it was good. read more
