I remember them being more like tenders before this time they were more like nuggets. They were tasty but I wish they were like the full tenders like before. Place is kind of quiet and dark inside. The pepperoni pizza was really good. I ordered it just the way it is nothing special but it came kind of crispy and it was very tasty. Our waitress was nice and on point. Definitely will be back.

i'm in such disgust with the service and how they do business at flo's pizza. i ordered almost $70 in food and they intentionally overcharged my credit card. they also sent no receipt so i would have no proof i even brought food from them,that's what they thought at least. i called the next day and spoke with someone name "rena" that's the name she gave which may not be true. i repeated my order back to her and she was well aware of my order and did remember me ordering last night. i told her she overcharged me and i would like to have my money back that they stole from me! she said well it was only $18 that you were overcharged and its not gonna hurt our bank we can give it back, so i told her she should be more kind and not give attitude because i did nothing wrong. i came to them for service and willing to pay for my service but i didn't think they would steal from me,what a shame. when i got there i was met by a aggressive white male whom i never spoke to. he said he was the owner but i highly doubt it because im sure a owner who values there business would never treat a customer this way. he pulled out a receipt with the wrong date on it,which means that receipt was printed right before i got there, he said he don't care what my bank says he goes by his receipt and he waved me away with his hand!! he was very rude and nasty the way he spoke to me and treated me was horrible. i will never give this place my money ever again!!! i know its not the first time they've done this to a customer but it's the first time they got caught,because rena knew exactly what happened and admitted money was stolen off my card and it would be refunded but she lied. she knew i didn't have a receipt because they didn't sent one and i explained to her that my credit card is set up with alerts when a transaction is made. the alert shows the time,date,amount,and where it was used. once i told her that she started stuttering on the phone and sounding worried. rena looked very dirty and displaced,she sure didn't look like someone who should be working in a food place. i'm a single mom and i'm not going to let up until my money is returned to me. i will do a review everyday and report this business to every source and platform available to me. when i told rena that the call was being recorded she immediately wanted to give me my money but obviously this company doesn't run their business on honesty and maintaining good service with their customers. please be aware people don't order from this place,they steal money from people credit card and i know because it was done to me!!!!! i also have my proof and still they think they should keep my money that they had no right to take! my order was paid for , why go and steal extra that didn't belong to them. the food wasn't really seasoned and the steak was dry so it was a miss for me,i definitely won't be ordering from here again!!! what a way to do business,what a shame!!!!!!!!! bad business!!!!!! please if you don't want your personal credit card info compromised and money stolen from you,dont eat at flo' pizza!!!! dam thieves!!!!!! read more

The worst owner a place can have is at Flo's Pizzeria in Brockton. He has NO education when he talks to the client, he does not know how to listen and he does not like to hear the truth of his terrible service. The worst consumer service. You have to learn to listen to those who pay you for your bad food and not hook the phone when the customer is talking to you. read more

Final thoughts ... if you thought that the staff didn't understood you, ask the person to repeat it back to you, to make sure they have your order correct? Because they're not gonna take responsibility for any mistakes that they make.
