Told me to bring it back mind you I stay over an hour and 15 minutes away. I said cool. I took it back the following week. They said they fixed the problem. It was just the things in the back where the tire was that was loose, not true. came back home again still hearing the noise! I take the truck back over a hour and 15 mins away. This time they had someone to ride with me. The mechanic got in the car and told me it was coming from the front of the vehicle. I'm telling him no it's coming from the back so because I guess I am a female and not a mechanic I don't know what I am talking about so they took the vehicle while I waited mind you I arrived at the dealership about 9a.m. and here it is after 2 PM. They put the truck on the rack told me it was the brakes and rotors that I was good to go. They were supposed to have fixed the issue yet again. Before rolling out of the parking lot. I still heard the noise I drove around went to the guy Jeffery, who assisted me with getting the vehicle and this is a Ford escape. I explained to him that the noise was still on the truck coming from the rear end. He then went to his guy and told him what was going and they told me to drive back around to the side. The guy who I believe name is Mark was very rude as long as the fellow from the front was back there with us Mark act with common sense he treated me with respect although he almost let the door closed on me but once the guy from upfront disappeared, Mark started acting rude with me again. but needless to I was promised an oil change. Mark said that a part needed to be order. Now we know this bc the guy upfront told Mark to get in the vehicle and ride with me because they needed to make it right. He then realize that I was correct it was coming from the rear end and that it wasnt brakes and rotors. Now yall supplied brakes and rotors on a vehicle that was needed. Now I have to go back again. He promised me it would not take all day only for me to go back and sit up there for another six hours and the oil changed they promise was not given, but guess what got home and the noise was still there. When I asked if they changed the oil he threw me my key fob and said no that's on you! You have a great day and proceeded to talk to the customer behind me where I could have been rude. I just turned to walk away, but never again will I ever recommend anybody or will I ever go back there because I have never been disrespected so much in my life they have mechanics that do not know what they are doing. But I guess if they don't have proper leadership you get what you get. I also assume after they sat there talking about me because they had to pay for it they made me pay for it because their mechanic screwed up!

He got in contact with the person who had it before and it had the problem for a while. The dealer was also dishonest about the year of the engine. He doesn't think anything is wrong with selling a broken car. In his words he thinks it's okay because when he gets cars from the auction he doesn't know what's wrong with it. He also races the cars on his lot and his excuse is that a lot of dealers do that. The cars on his lot are in worst condition than they are when he buys them from auction. You are better off buying from the auction than here! He refuses to help and just laughs when asked. He has an oh well you got the car, you got to deal with it attitude.
