My tires were loud and horribly imbalanced during the test drive and he told me that it's going to make that sound and wobble because the tires were so big. Wrong!... and I've since gotten the issue fixed. After my sister did her part of the paperwork... they just left my truck sitting in their lot and didn't replace the cracked windshield, as promised. They told me to have safelite do it at my home which was annoying, to say the least . Another issue was they took almost 2 weeks after signing to replace a tire because it was completely bald. And then Johnathan told me after they finally got it done that he "threw in a spare"... but it was just the old sh*t tire that they took off. They never gave me a spare key either , and it took weeks of "sorry, I didn't call you back. The box is locked where the spare keys are.". They just need to stick to selling Hyundai's honestly. Lastly... I've since messaged Johnathan about my 30 day tags and no response, as they promised they could extend them if i needed more time since I'm not from this coast. SMH

Matt was the service advisor. He got me in right away. They diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to replace the infotainment center right away. They were courtesy and friendly. That dealership didn't know why prices were not listed and told me it was a quick fix and no parts needed to be ordered and I should have been in and out the n one day. Prices are extremely fair and if the make and model of a vehicle you really like doesn't test well or has had recalls, not only does he not sell it to you, he recommends a much better alternative for you that you will like better anyway. My only regret is buying a vehicle at a dealership a couple of years ago because my wife wanted a NEW car. After dealing with Michael, I will NEVER do that again. In fact, I will probably drive from Chicago to SC to have him help me with my next purchase. Yes, he is that good.

My family has purchased 3 cars over 10+ years. My last purchase was a brand new car that I purchased a warranty with. The warranty is pointless if the dealership can't accommodate repairs timely.
