The blonde worker outside selling charms told us to go inside to pay for the 2 charms and she will put them on (also told us to trust her, "we don't lose anyone's charms, people tend to trust us")... long story short, we are sent away with 1 of the 2 charms we purchased... AND MISSING A 60 DOLLAR PANDORA "H" CHARM! Ridiculous, the first thing the worker says was "I gave it to you... it was on the bracelet"... clearly not considering we didn't even get the one we purchased here, and we are missing an expensive one that held sentimental value to her. They dilly dallied for 10 minutes before I asked for the manager. The manager was kind enough to give me 50 dollars worth of dollar store charms. Not nearly enough to replace what was so IGNORANTLY lost. Not sure if he was stolen as many peoples names start with the letter "H"... no clue what happened. Let our experience tell you everything you should know about this place. A what should have been 2 minute trip turned into a 45 minute nightmare on our short lived vacation.
