I asked her how she got a figure on one of my tax schedules and she told me that the computer did extremely complex calculations to get the amount but in reality it was a figure brought over from another schedule. She wants to be a cowgirl and that is more important than her clients. We had an appointment the first of October to hand over our 2015 tax papers and information for her to amend our 2013 and 2014 taxes but she did not keep the appointment nor did she call us to cancel. We weren't able to meet for another week and now it was only a week before the deadline. She said that she was good at getting work done in a timely matter. I called and texted and phoned her many times on the 17th. Of course she never responded until the 18th with the news that she got the "flu" -- but at the same time she had to deliver a horse to Arizona. So horses 1st and clients 2nd. It is the end of Feb and I still do not have my taxes. She sent me reports for me to sign and send to the IRS but I found wrong figures on them several times. I would email her and ask how she got that figure and it might take a week for her to get back to me and then with the pat answer of the computer did it. I have requested that she send my money back but she refuses. If she does not get my 2015 taxes and my previous tax papers to me this week I am going to take her to small claims court. DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT HIRE THIS INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL "ACCOUNTANT".
