Marvin is a true artist, he loves wood and works magic with a sander. He's reliable, a rare character trait in a tradesmen but he actually arrives when he is scheduled and finishes when scheduled. Came to our home over two weeks ago to quote a job to replace flooring with new plywood with LVT flooring. Stated he would like to have the installer come by with him in a day or so to look at the job. We went into the store and picked out flooring. A week later we were back in the store and the person we talked to said he got with the owner who stated he call to set up time first of the week. Another week later still no call.
