Blad was able to quote based on videos, but did give himself an out in case my video really did not show what really needed to be done. Initial quote was close to half of what the other guys wanted. At the end, it ended up being a little more, but I never felt like he was trying to screw me over or pad the bill. Communication during the process was exceptional. He sent pictures and videos of what he had done, kept you aware of the costs, and what was left. Left it completely up to me to stop at any time. We made an appointment for the next day at noon for an estimate and, if accepted, a removal right then. The next day two clean cut young men showed up in Austell at 12 on the dot. I had gotten 3 estimates. Theirs was over %70 lower than the lower of the other two. Devon and Ethan carried an extremely heavy Nordic Track Treadmill down a full flight of steps off the deck outside and up the hill by the side of the house and over to their truck.
