I called and made the reservation for the same day of arrival and the lady that took the reservation was so kind! I showed up at the place and again was greeted with warm hospitality! The park is down a small street and opens up to a beautiful facility surrounded by amazing trees and an awesome lake. We were given a drive thru spot facing the lake and just were in AWE. My wife and I plus our little dog went and sat by the lake and threw a ball for an hour. So peace and beautiful. To top off the experience, the price was amazingly low. We live in AZ but if we lived anywhere near here I would have loved to have stayed longer! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! oh yeah, even the internet was great... We were able to connect our roku and it worked great, but besides that they have full cable with great stations on cable.... And they give you a brochure of the facilities with ads in it. Just gross, it's better to sleep up the road at Cracker Barrel. Won't be back!!!

We arrived early and were greeted by James (his wife was scheduled to relieve him so he could report for duty), of course we discussed the Army while we waited for the current occupant to vacate the site. I also learned that James just took ownership September 2020. Once the sites became available James backed my 5th wheel into to site like a pro for me (I am not). Close to Pensacola attractions and restaurants. It's a nice RV park with EXCELLENT WiFi and cable. The site we were on had a deck and privacy fencing. The park was very easy to find and get to (closets I-10). The rate is about the best we've found after being on the road for 5 months. We got lucky, we stumbled upon a park I would happily return to.

Looked like a good place to go so we tried booking a reservation for two days (Sun/Mon). Website…read morewould not take a credit card (error messages). Called them on Monday afternoon and we were told the credit card part on the website wasn't set up. So we asked to make a reservation. We were told we didn't need one just show up. When we arrived we drove down a single lane pothole riddled clay road for a half mile. Upon arriving at the entrance we were greeted with a river crossing to actually get to the facility and parking area (picture below). If I had a truck it wouldn't have been bad but the ruts under the water surface were at least 2 ft deep. Driving a Honda Accord through this "Entrance" was not an option. So we turned around and went to the competitors canoe rental. My one star rating is only based on my attempt to get there. I did not actually get to use their facilities or services. It would have been nice to be told of the water crossing by the employee on the phone. If you do go there "ASK" about the water depth if you are driving a car.
