Yes, a well kept yard should be standard, however some homes have a virtual jungle and hoarding situation going on that never seem to improve. How about going after them instead those with a few weeds? A few very loud neighbors or those who are to old to get out. Either way, not the best place if you can afford to go elsewhere.

Not even 1/8 of a mile is our Bank, Lunch Spot, Movie Theater, Drug Store and Grocery Store. Most of the other Mobile Home Parks we looked at required a car and commuting on the busy Hwy 49. I was surprised to find this jewel in the most convenient part of town. We have never lived in a Mobile Home Park before and learned that we needed to get approval to make changes. It was easy ~ Just filled out a form and gave it to the manager. Got immediate approval on the color change and re-do of rock wall. We just love it here. Wonderful View, Sweet Neighbors and Attentive Manager. Five Stars!

Christmas Craft Fair! Making it happen holiday style!…read more I have never been to such a quaint fairgrounds in my whole life. Like, seriously. Usually fairgrounds are places of desolation, save for whatever stressful exhausting event you've been likely tricked into attending... I'll admit... I did get kinda dragged into going. I just wanted to kick it today but it is what it is. The good news is it turned into a really fun time! There is a lake with next to the grounds with a little trail. There are geese and even turtles! All free to see! The even this year cost $5 a person. They had many crafts (not totally my thing but I like to look at stuff) and different food outlets. Even a lobster roll truck! Not to mention the cocktails on offer, all with holiday cheer! I was glad to see a little gingerbread house contest, although between us I feel the judging was a little too kind. But I'm not from around here and can be a competitive jerk. It is what it is. In all it was a fun time for all of us, and it wasn't stressful or overcrowded. Fun little outing!

This was a time sensitive job... long story short when the manufacturer would not provide parts, their local plumbing supply house gave them a water heater to install and will send my old unit back for credit.
