My teenage son walked in with a Coach brand necklace NOT wrapped in a package. Employee charged him to package it and he paid and got his receipt. Fast forward, Coach returns manager told me the envelope arrived empty. When I went to the store and talked to the OWNER she said her cameras don't record up to a certain amount of days, she said I can't prove anything, she was nasty and my son is out $120. Conveniently located UPS store, with normally quick service. However, during a rush (or a slow/unprepared customer), it can take a long time to be served, due to there typically being a single employee working the counter. Would be nice if they could implement some type of self-scan and drop station, like Fedex and USPS have. read more

I'm in the UPS Store from time to time with Amazon returns. I'm very pleased with this easy service when I need to return an Amazon product. I'm not sure if all Amazon products offer UPS Store returns, but any that I've had to send back do. You simply process the return on Amazon's website, select UPS Store drop-off as the return method, then bring the product and the return barcode (which is on your phone) to the store. It does not have to be repackaged, the UPS Store takes care of all the re-boxing-and-taping for you. It is a quick in-and-out to return the item(s); they scan it in and hand you a receipt, and you're on your way. Why bother with long lines at the Post Office, and re-sealing packages, when Amazon and UPS Store make it so easy to securely send back items without hassle. Thanks for this handy service! read more

Well here's a jolly place to check out right in the village. It's in the parking lot near Ed Young's and Creekview. Two fellows greeted us cheerily and one took care of shipping our ready-to-go package in record time. Beats the tar out of most of the post office experiences I've had that have tried my patience. These guys were working together and seemed to be enjoying helping. One of the gents was packaging up furniture, bubble wrapping with great care. Hmm, so they package AND ship, pretty handy. Another customer was arriving with some wooden art pieces, giraffes, that clearly needed special wrapping. Nice to know that you can depend on a place to do these things you'd well, rather not do. It was my first time here and I'll definitely be back with any items needing to be shipped. read more

Oh Jesus could not figure out how to get a signed receipt on the computer told me to go to post office but them still charges me for the envelopes- u goof if I'm going someplace else then I'll give them all my business she did it on the sly then tell customer to place her masks up higher ( she was not being a "rule breaker") - what her glasses had been so fogged after she had to pull out her phone to show u your error - it was due to frustration & thank goodness it was till on her phone no clue - visit on 11/13/20 if she had my job omg we owuld be shut down in seconds - could handle nothing read more

Easy experience. I finally ventured out to a UPS store location after needing to send something back for a return for awhile. I had them help me pick out the cheapest box to buy to ship out my item, the employee taped it up real good for me. And I was on my way within just a few minutes. read more

I called in to see when my package would arrive so i can be home and the lady or man (couldn't really tell by there voice) that picked up hung up the phone twice as i asked. Horrible customer service every time i walk in here i feel unwelcome. DO NOT GO HERE. I'd rather drive the extra 5 miles to the other ups store where i don't get treated like garbage. read more

We have been taking packages here for the last few weeks. The staff have been very helpful. They will even package what we bring and get it all set for us and mail it out. We had a gift to send to our daughter at college and I couldn't find the right size box at the post office. We brought it here and they did it all for us. They even had her address in their system and printed the label to use. It can't be any easier! read more

So I mailed a laptop back to Acer for repairs 3 weeks before Christmas, I bought a box at the store (uh, check the price of boxes before you buy, they're outrageous btw, I would have found something at home if I knew) and they packed it up. Long story short, it was really damaged en route. Acer immediately took photos of the box & damaged computer. Luckily I insured it. However, I had to pay Acer to have it fixed as they could only hold it for so long. I filed a claim online with UPS. Two weeks passed nothing, then finally UPS told me that I had to deal with the store it was shipped from. I called them, the "owner" simply laughed when I told her what they said. "No, I don't have anything to do with this. Exact quote. This went on for another two weeks, the owner giving me a condescending laugh saying she had no idea what was going on vs UPS, you've got to deal with the store. Somewhere in the process UPS asked if I had paid the store to pack it, implying that it might not be covered because I didn't pay them to put bubble wrap the computer & place it in a box. About another two weeks pass by, I call UPS they tell me that the check had already been issued & I should have notified by the store. I call the store, "no, we don't have a check." I had to wait another week before they finally told me it was in. The irony is that it was not a check from UPS but the UPS Store owner. They must have issued her a check & she took her time writing one to me. Bottom line, don't deal with UPS, if you must DO NOT do it using this store. The owner's common sense & people skills are deplorable. If this is status quo, how is this place still open? Location I guess. read more
