This review is for this establishment's rapid COVID testing. Ha, just learned you can get a boob…read morejob here, along with other augmentations, too! LOL. This morning I woke up to news that I could have been exposed to the Coronavirus. Not gonna lie, I freaked out. I frantically started looking online for Rapid Testing facilities. They were all booked for the day. I found a different center that had availability tomorrow and accepted my insurance, so I went booked it. Most centers do not accept insurance and run about $150 out of pocket for the test. But I continued to search for more rapid centers for availability today (because even waiting until tomorrow was giving me anxiety LOL) and finally came across European Outpatient Surgery Center. There was an opening, so I took it. They charge $130 for the Rapid Antigen test. You will receive a confirmation text as well as a link to sign waivers prior to your appointment. There is plenty of parking out front. You will be required to call the center once you are parked. They will let you know whether they are ready. Upon arrival, they asked me to come up to their 2nd floor office but to stay outside as they took my payment and conducted a temperature check. The appointments were running on time. Dr. Raad Jeiroudi conducted a nasal swab test and let me know that my results would be ready in 15 minutes. I could either wait there or they would call me. I opted to wait. F-ck, not gonna lie, that was the longest 15 minutes ever! I had so much anxiety. While I waited, the doctor even came outside to educate me on COVID. He said that I would be pretty lucky to have negative results considering my situation. Well, 15 minutes went by and my results came back NEGATIVE. I literally screamed LOL. I was so happy. The doc even invited me inside to show me my results and anticipated that I wanted to take a picture! Haha. Very intuitive doctor :) He mentioned that because I work out and eat healthy probably contributed to my results; he did mention that I should continue to monitor symptoms over the next couple of days. Everyone from the receptionist who answered my call, the employee who checked me in and to the doctor were friendly and professional! If you're looking for a rapid testing center, look no further than European Outpatient Surgery Center. Rapid COVID tests are expensive AF, but it's worth it especially if you need the results. The stress and anxiety of not having to wait a couple days for results were worth every penny.

BEWARE!! DO NOT GO HERE! MY FRIEND ALMOST DIED!…read moreOn June 27th, I took my friend to go have a breast reduction and her tummy and legs fixed. The second we walked in, something just didn't feel right. My friend felt it too but she figured it was just nerves. She went to use the restroom, there were no paper towels. The receptionist told my friend that the cleaning lady was on her way! I was confused cause isn't your facility supposed to be CLEAN BEF0RE patients enter? Then they take us back to the room, tell my friend to get undressed. My friend noticed that it had not been cleaned from the patient before her and had to tell the receptionist! It was unclean and unsanitary! She asked to see the surgery room, she said it was very clean like at a hospital so that put her mind at ease and she decided to go through with it. While we were waiting in the room, we overheard a phone call between one of the doctors. He was asking another doctor to come in and help him but we weren't sure if they were talking about my friend or another patient. Come to find out later, that the doctor NEVER informed my friend that they were going to be switching doctors on her!!! She was under the impression that it was going to be a team of 3 doctors working on her. Well it was only 2. And had a doctor work on her that she has never even met before! We were waiting forever then the main doctor comes in the room, and he looks at me and tells me I need to get out cause he needs to draw on my friend! Then makes a remark on how skinny I am! I thought he was extremely rude and cold. I leave, they call me 6 hours later. They told me that her surgery went well and she is recovering just fine. I get there, I call them cause they told me to stay in my car and that they will wheel her down to me. They said she is still recovering and they will bring her down soon. I am waiting then I see a fire truck pull up then I get a call from the facility asking me to come up because the doctor wants to talk to me. As I am walking up I see that the firemen are going into help my friend! One of the worker guys, came to me and told me that they are just taking precautions because she was saying she couldn't breathe! He seemed like he didn't really care and just wanted to go home and not be dealing with what was happening. The fire men took her out and to the hospital. The sub in doctor that came in late that had no idea who my friend was introduced himself to me and told me that he was the one who did her breast reduction. Very nice man!! SHOUT OUT TO DR. WALKER IN CULVER CITY!!! YOU ARE A CARING DOCTOR AND SHOWED UP FOR YOUR PATIENT! HE came to the hospital and waited. He wanted to make sure that he was able to answer any questions that the hospital may have. The MAIN DOCTOR THAT WORKS AT THE FACILITY NEVER SHOWED UP AT THE HOSPITAL TO CHECK ON HER! Apparently he drove back down and was waiting in his car but would not go in because Dr. Walker said that they do not like him there! Hmmmm wonder why? Maybe because alot of his patients have been sent to that hospital cause his facility is right next to the hospital! Turns out my friend had a horrible lung infection! How did they not know that? Did they not do a quick check up before they put her under anesthesia? If they would have checked her lungs, they would have heard that something was off! And they had put a FAHA on her and the hospital said that thing was so beyond tight! Then to make things WORSE the hospital told us that they found blood in the back of her throat and her mouth was all cut up!! What did they do to my friend? ! They had to incubate her but those tubes are soft!!!! Needless to say, this place is a scam and just a money making pit. They do not care about the well being of their patients. Everyone in that office had BAD ENERGY

He performed a detailed evaluation of my condition, and patiently answered many questions. I/we interviewed 3 surgeons before making a decision. The other 2 surgeons had impressive credentials. However, it was evident that Dr. Huo was our best choice based on his experience and communication skills. He was very forthcoming with answers and abundantly patient with all our questions. I/we are so grateful for Dr. Huo and the excellent results I received from surgery. It feels so good to be out of pain, and be able to resume my physical fitness and good quality of life. Dr. Huo practices out of San Juan Capistrano and Fountain Valley.

I am now five months post-op and could not be more satisfied with my results! After losing over 60…read morepounds and working out diligently for more than a year without seeing the results I hoped for, I decided it was time to take a more proactive approach to address my sagging stomach and breasts. I went to several consultations, but Dr. Brandon and his team truly stood out. They were incredibly caring, comforting, and always available to answer my questions--never making me feel rushed or overlooked. For my breast lift, Dr. Brandon recommended adding small implants to enhance the shape. I was hesitant at first, but now I couldn't be happier with the results. At the time, I was much more focused on my sagging tummy, but I have to say--my breasts now take first place! Dr. Brandon also encouraged me to lose an additional 10 pounds before surgery. After working so hard to lose weight already, I was hesitant, but once again, his recommendation proved to be the right one. It ultimately contributed to even better results than I had imagined for my tummy. Dr. Brandon, Karina, Nurse Jackie, Ashley, and Sara are all so professional, encouraging, and genuinely kind. It's refreshing to see such a cohesive and supportive medical team. Most of my visits were at the Fountain Valley office, which was already very impressive, but I was equally amazed by the Newport Beach location--both reflect the high standards of the entire team. I did experience a very minor issue over a weekend when the sutures under one breast opened slightly. My husband took photos and sent them to the office, and Dr. Richland promptly called to discuss the situation. By Monday morning, I was seen by Nurse Jackie. Thankfully, it was very minor and healed quickly with a little additional care. Because I am diabetic, my scars have taken a bit longer than usual to heal. However, they are thin and already fading to a very light pink. I expect that within a year, they will be white and nearly invisible. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience and results. I'm so grateful to have found such a skilled and compassionate team.

I strongly encourage you NOT to go to Brandon Richland, MD for Breast Reconstructive Surgery…read more I consulted with Brandon Richland after Breast Cancer surgery for removal of implants and breast reconstruction. He was charming, presented as knowledgeable and I felt he understood what I wanted. Surgery went well and I was pleased with the results. I felt everything was fine until shortly after the drainage tubes were removed. I became very ill, had a high temp and felt like I had covid. I went to Richland's office, he took one look at me and immediately told me to walk over to ER. No one from his office offered to come with me nor did anyone check on me. In the ER an IV was started immediately and I stayed in ER until a room was available. My right breast was red, swollen, painful, and oozing from a tiny hole in the scar tissue. Not once did anyone from Richland's office check on me. I had an ultrasound which showed "fluid" in my breast, it was an abscess. The next day Richland came to my room numbed my breast and excised it. The infection came pouring out, it was disgusting and painful. The test results came back "MRSA light growth". Richland packed my breast and walked out of the room without saying a word. For 2 weeks I was in isolation, on Vancomycin IV trying to get the infection under control. Vancomycin is the heaviest antibiotic available and it is hard on your veins and harder on your body. The entire time I was in the hospital there was not one word from anyone at Richland's practice. Important note - my family was notified by the hospital of my illness and told "it does not look good". Where was my Dr? Finally I was discharged - with an open wound in my breast which I had to learn how to pack myself multiple times a day. After a few weeks the wound started to close. I called Richlands office and was told to come in so he could excise the wound once again. Richland said it was imperative that the wound close from the inside out. During the excision he took another sample from inside the wound. This result came back MRSA - HEAVY GROWTH. I immediately called the office and spoke with staff - Richland was busy - asked for a call back to discuss test results - Richland never returned one call. In total I left 4 messages and stopped in his office 3 times. All attempts to get an answer were, and still are, blatantly ignored. MRSA is no joke. People die from this infection and some lose limbs. To have a physician care so very little about his patient that he can't be bothered to have a conversation to explain these test results is unconscionable. It's important to note I was unable to finish my cancer treatment after leaving the hospital. To this day, there has been no conversation or explanation from Richland or anyone in his office.
