As for many people we don't really know too about Health/ Medical Insurance people tend to ask a lot questions. I was that person, I had Medicare Part A and Part B. I recently lost my Medicare insurance coverage on June 1st, 2018. I am a post heart transplant patient of Houston Methodist Hospital, so my medications are very important. I had to contact my transplant coordinator at Houston Methodist Hospital. He then told me to contact a lady at Houston Methodist financial adviser. Then she advise me to contact ABM insurance and to ask for Crystal. About the second week of June 2018 I contact ABM and talked to Ms Crystal. Crystal really took her time to explain the whole process, and it has to be done right with no mistakes. Crystal explained to me that Houston Methodist will not accept just any health care plans, Houston Methodist only takes Community Health Choice as there provider. Once Crystal then sent me 5 different Community Health Choice plans. Of course it was all greek to me. Crystal took the time to explain every single thing in detail. Crystal also explain about the Tax credit as well, which really help me a lot in my monthly rate. Basically Crystal is great Thank you.
