The email as follows " Hi Ms. Collin's we regret to inform you our therapist for today has come down with a cold and cannot make it today. We can reschedule you for tomorrow with an add on facial if that is okay for you. Please call 3136334152 at your earliest convenience. Thank you Tiffany from Qiflow." I responded back and said ok. My coupon said I had until Feb,2026 to redeem so I figured I had time. When I checked Groupon my coupon had been redeemed on Oct. 31st,2025. Yesterday on Dec. 3,2025 I called and spoke with Rita who immediately knew what I was talking about and offered me a refund or said she can still do my massage. I agreed to the massage and she told me she would send me a text confirming my appointment for Friday Dec, 4th at 12pm. I still have not received a text or call from this lady. I disputed it through Groupon on for them to decline my refund. This is the email I received from Groupon " Dear , Thank you for giving us the time to review your request. We've reached out to the merchant on your behalf, and after careful review, your refund request could not be approved because I spoke with Ms. Collins and I am going to take her this Friday, so it is resolved.. Since the merchant is the direct service provider, Groupon can only process a refund with their authorization. We completely understand this may not be the resolution you were hoping for, and we're truly sorry for any disappointment this may cause." I DO NOT recommend this place.
