As for my manicure, the technician was removing stands of the brush or lint that had stuck to my wet nails and when she finished applying the top coat I had to stop her because it looked like crap with bubbles and bumps she didn't care and would have proceeded if I had not asked her to redo all the nails on one hand because of the major imperfections.

They take care of my lashes, styles them according to my eye shape, tells me how to maintain my natural lash strength, and creates romantic and striking smize eyes every single time. They are knowledgeable about natural lash fall out, allergies and very very clean in their work. The studio is impeccably clean. I never have to worry about the products used on my skin or near my eyes, because they are all cleaned well. I've never had a problem. My stylist washes her hands every single time! I had a good experience with her straightening my hair before so I went back. I thought she was a good person who just messed up until instead of owning her mistake, she tried to lie, cheat and gaslight her way out of it. Instead of doing a good job on my hair she edited a photo to make it look like she did as an excuse not to refund me any money. If she would have told me I can't do what you want but I can give you regular highlights, I would have said no thank you and left. I NEVER expected her to fabricate a photo to skirt culpability. She sold her integrity for $365 and revealed herself to be an untrustworthy person with weak character and morals. The owner is going to comment about how the lighting in the salon made my hair look like that but Irene, you need to stop gaslighting me. I was in your salon under the same lighting that the (edited) photo was taken in and my hair looked nothing like it. Otherwise I would have left happy and been upset later. And that's not what happened is it? Stop gaslighting me. But if you're sticking to that then who wants to go to a salon that makes their hair look COMPLETELY different from what you went there for as soon as you walk outside? This all could have been solved so easily if Melissa said I'm so sorry, I misunderstood what you wanted and did something completely different--instead of doubling down on her lies and getting the owner to co-sign them. She wrote a skin care routine that would help achieve the skin of my dreams. It was the first time I was the one asking for products. Needless to say, I bought a range of skin care products that were customized for my skin's needs.
