It was their sewage system and the place was a wreck, it took them 2 days to do anything! So we sat in water for 2 whole days and all they did was put big fans up. Do not plan on putting thing nice outside, flowers etc. because when they have people working outside they destroy and do not clean it up. They also enter into your apartment announced. They give news letters specifying when they will be entering your house and do not stick to the given times. The apartments all always reek of weed. The neighbors are crazy. The ones located to my right told me they were going to slit my throat bc I asked her to please be quiet one late night. They are horrible. I don't know how else to convince you but save your money do not live here!!!

I actually had to call the police for the owner breaking and entering. Luckily I know tenant/landlord laws. They will move you in having done absolutely nothing to the unit before. Disgustingly dirty and they control the heat so good luck staying warm. They also won't give you a mailbox key because they're too cheap to pay the $20 to get it changed themselves. Oh and good luck even getting your mail if you work office hours cuz they lock up the office which is where the mailboxes are. They won't fix anything either. I moved in and there was drywall covering the entire bathroom floor....no surprise that same ceiling started leaking about 2 days after we moved in. Honestly they need shut down its so bad. Don't put yourself through the b.s. of this place and go somewhere else. Only reason there us 1 star is because I cant give 0.

Kept asking me if I knew anything about CP or something anytime I saw him, not sure exactly what he was on. Anyways, there's a bunch of cockroaches that I've seen around the area and in the bathrooms/walls, and the bug sprayer guy never came by after requesting them a few times. I wouldn't recommend living here or going back again, but if you do just beware of all these problems. Please report the guy in the orange shorts he's not well and made me feel unsafe..
