She reviewed my medical history and identified concerns that she addressed and provided medical protocol that needed to be followed prior to my surgery. She identified concerns with my cancer treatment which could cause issues with my recovery. This was not identified by the other dentist I have seen. Which I've been waiting on for months in the meantime my abcess got worse, I needed to go to ER got a shot, a very potent antibiotic, and pain medicine. I was seen at ER on A Tuesday and tooth was removed in 3 days. I had to travel 2 hours from home, more antibiotics, pain meds, and a rinse 3 times a day. The Dr. was amazing numbed me up tooth was out in under 1 minute. I had called keystone for help and they called back when I said I don't have thousands for anthesia they said they would call back and never did.

Honestly, I had a hard time believing them because maybe there was more to it. WELL, let me say, my daughter LOVES the dentist. She gets so pumped about going. She listens, sits completely still, follows all commands. We went today and she was excellent... I can't emphasize this enough. He told us that he can't see what's under an old filling done elsewhere so he needs to take that off to look... Um, what lol? And she had a cavity between two teeth in the back that was supposedly SUPER BIG AND NEEDED TO BE DONE ASAP and is also recommending a METAL CAP (what is this, 1973?). He says she'll need to be under general anesthesia because she won't be able to tolerate it because she'd and I quote "will have to have her mouth open for 30 mins". I really just wish I had listened to my friend who had a similar experience. We will not be going back. To the parents out there... this felt like scare tactics with unnecessary risks involved. I found several of the employees to be very rude. One time I called and in the middle of the conversation she excused herself and never returned. I called back and got a recording the office would be closed the next 5 days and to call back then. The office employee told me I was very combative. I apparently asked too many questions, but wanted to make sure all services were included in the plan. I had prepaid before they would do any work. After months of dissatisfaction I decided to get my credit refunded. The woman was very rude and wouldn't stop demeaning me long enough to let me talk. She then said I never had to return to the office and everyone thought I complained too much, then she hung up on me. I spent over $9000. and was treated very poorly and don't have a wearable denture. I called home office to report my experience. I was told they would go over my complaints and get back to me. It's been several weeks and no return call. I sent emails and they were ignored too. They may be fine for basic dental services, but my experience continues to be frustrating and stressful. I have never been treated so badly. I feel cheated I didn't receive what I paid for and no attempt was made on their part to remedy the situation.

I was a bit put off at first because he's much older than the doctors I have been to in the past, but I learned fast not to judge him by that; he's quick minded, and honestly one of the most brilliant analysts I have ever been to. I feel lucky to have the chance to work with him as my doc. I don't say this lightly either .. I've run into some TERRIBLE therapists lately.
