That being said, I recently met the owner of my AAA insurance agency, AAA The Ron Steffens Agency, and it really made me happy to see what a great guy he is and what great people work with him. My agent, Paul Casey, goes above and beyond. When I was looking for a new car I kept emailing him different cars and information to price out what the insurance would be, and he responded SO FAST! I recently just emailed him asking for my proof of insurance and he had it back to me within 4 minutes, literally. I am sure there are other great insurance agents out there, but I had to do a shout out to mine, because it's so hard to find these days. Call him for a quote.

They have better rates, with normal coverages and better pricing on our vehicles, and home. Jerry Columbo is the son and is the owner of this business for his dad who has passed on years ago, therefore he was trained well. He does a professional, wonderful job, talented multi-tasker with his business, family and events. IF he's not in the office his reps can take care of everyone by phone or in person.. He does reply quick to his emails. We have 3 vehicles insured, homeowners, life insurance policies and recently our son signed up for renters insurance. The more policies you have the more discounts you receive. if you have a high school student that has a good driving record or at college and they stay in the good student grades or GPA, you will receive a discount, also a discount for anti theft and actually the more policies you have the more discount. SO the location is on Hayes Rd. between 22 and 23 Mile Road. When it came to road service for an incident with my SUV tire, after calling State Farm, a courtesy company drove out within 30 minutes to assist me on the road. Our son back in college had a 2 incidents in southfield, not his fault a senior citizen pulled out of a side street and hit him. State Farm took care of it fast in repairs and the claims people were great too also with the 1-800 number. A very fast quick process with claims. Stop in for a quote or email him for a request for quote to compare. You will be happy and pleased that Jerry will match it or try to do his best. Like a good neighbor State Farm is there!
