Last year they overfilled my tank and it popped the relief valve snd sprayed propane for 2 days, we had to evacuate my shop. In the end I'm glad, my family has been buying propane from them for a very long time, and since this I've done some price checking and found out they are .45c a gallon more than there competitor on propane. So I guess this was a blessing, I'll be letting all my neighbors know as well who currently use trotters propane.

The price was right and the people were easy to deal with. We flew in and Bill picked us up at the airport and took us to the dealership (we live in California). The customer service here is superb and Bill, Brad and Dustin (it's a family business) were all amazingly knowledgable and helpful. Our new Renegade was not only washed, full of fuel but stocked with a case of water, beer, a bottle of wine and some essentials (TP, paper towels and antibacterial pump soaps in the bathrooms)!! They went over everything (and there is a lot) they were also readily available for phone calls during our travels home.
