They eventually admitted to spraying oil all over engine while still in shop. Something about not getting original gasket off when oil filter was removed. When they started it the oil was spraying all over. They did not think to tell me about this or even note it on the service ticket. Then they added way too much oil. Don't get suckered into a cheap oil change. It may end up being the most expensive oil change you have ever paid for. Also found out while talking to one of them that they no longer drain the oil from oil plug. Oil is now pumped out. This cannot be good to get all the sludge out.
