The owners have been extremely rude to me since trying to get what's rightfully due consumer's by law. They also had a business they financially sponsor speak to me inappropriately. The owners wife is part of atleast 6 different organizations that helps families like mine, but I can't use a single one of them to assist us in getting a refund we are due. I drove to them in Nebraska to pick it up from Illinois. The people were so amazing!! Bob is a great guy and he will answer any question you have about anything. I did loan my camper out to a homeless coworker and they destroyed it and I was devastated but that's why I got insurance and the girls in the office were amazing help especially dealing with the insurance company. I also upgraded my original camper and made the trip to the shop for the upgrade that they planned ahead and did all the work and checked over all my seals and made sure I was 100% before leaving the next day!
