Really disappointed. Keep looking. The pedicure was okay. Although my technician did not trim cuticles, and my daughter has bruises on her calf's. The manicure is a disaster. The staff was rude and condescending. Would not listen. Less than a week and the tips are separating from the nail, the gel is separating from the nail. They did not prep the nails correctly. No dehydrator, primer or base coat used. The tips were not sealed with polish as I would have expected. The technician also used the acetone cotton ball she was using, wipes her blood from her finger, and continued to use on my daughter. I had really high hopes that we had found a nice place to enjoy a pamper, unfortunately I have to keep looking. Update: My daughter's tip and gel polish on nails are lifting off completely due to lack of prep work. One week exactly after visit.

I just paid $90 for a gel mani and pedi and the polish was almost see through. The tech cut my nails too short and also painted them like a kindergartner around my nail bed. Pedi was the same. Don't waste your money here.

New to the area and this is terrible. I'm glad it works for others but the set up is wierd as they rotate nail techs but not all the nail techs have the same level of experience. Got nails done for $65 which only lasted 5 days, they should have some pride and provide a refund.

**DO NOT COME HERE** I brought my three daughters and my mother here to get their nails done. They were extremely rude to my daughters and my mother! Simply put, if you come here you are a IDIOT!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Customer service SUCKED. My nail polish was bulky (Gel Polish) the guy that did my pedicure played with my feet and THE LADY MESSED UP MY EYEBROWS... Tammy attempted to fix them but it didn't work. I tried them because they were closer to home but I will continue to drive the little extra distance to obtain the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICES I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING. I hope they take these reviews and IMPROVE BECAUSE THEY HAD MY NERVES SHOT TO THE CURB TODAY 1/22/2022..... DO BETTER!!!!

I just had another satisfying visit to Tammy's Nail Salon. I've been going here 3 years. Tammy and her team are pleasant, friendly and professional. Today Roy did my nails and came up with a perfect design. I love my nail salon!!!

This was my second time trying this establishment. The first time I walked out after waiting about 5 minutes because I was not greeted. The workers kept looking at me standing there waiting and did not say anything. The second time was not better. Before I even left the bldg the gel was completely off of my thumb. One of the workers had to stop helping another client so that gel could be applied to my thumb There is color already coming off of my nails and I just got them done yesterday. My nails look chunky and not square. The wax room needs to be cleaned after every customer as well as all of the hand stations. The wax room has hair all on the bed. I could tell it had not been cleaned. I did not end up getting a wax and it makes me question their cleaning practices. A customer was finished and the nail tech motioned for me to sit where she had been without cleaning or wiping the station down afterwards. The owner Tammy, did not seem to care or try to help. She was the one who did my nails.

The worst manicure I've ever gotten. The lady cut me twice. The Polish looks horrible... It's thin. She didn't paint the entire nail. Honestly I'm so pissed I can't even can't even put this in words. I should have believed the reviews.. I will NEVER go here again and I advise you not to either

So I went in there on Good Friday of this year, 4/2/2021. It was SUPER crowded; (not their fault) here's my problem with Tammy nails and why I will NOT go back. I signed in on the Ipad and requested Tammy l, because the man messed my nails $ toes up my 1st experience she had to redo them And apologized. I was there a very long time as a result. One of the guys seated me at the foot spa with dirty water someone had just finished getting a pedicure and they hadn't cleaned the tub. The water was gross and when I asked him about it, he spoke in his native tongue to another older lady and was rude and she started laughing then told me to move to another chair; even during pandemic . Then the lady who actually did my nails with the short bob Traun I believe she was very rude . I asked her to file my nails square she said she didn't know so I asked her for the nail file and sat there and filed all my nails square myself then she asked me to go wash my hands again so she could paint with shellac. I've been twice and gave them a second chance to mess up again. I donot recommend their services to anyone . The service was horrible and they're not following pandemic protocol and gave poor customer service. I got the Bubble bath on my toes and nails and the polish she used was either old or not much left in the bottle so she went to change it and finished painted toes, but it was thin and streaky when I left . Got a horrible pedicure here. It felt very rushed. Very short massage and I had polish all over my toes. When the technician saw me cleaning the polish off myself she came up to me. I thought she would ask if I needed it fixed but she just requested that I pay now so she could go on break. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

On February 20,2020 which was a Thursday. I went into this business thinking I was going to get my nails done. The lady came a set next to the lady showing her how to do for nails then the lady doing my nails got mad because I did not like my nail so she cut off all the nail she had on nail told me to pay her $10 and sent me out with polish remover on three of my nails. It was the most horrible experience I ever had in my life. Bad service and the wrost attitude. Do not go to this place of business. Poor customer service. read more

I am done with Tammy's i get the same service every time pedi with shellac manicure. they charged me 67.00 November 55.00 September 62.00 August why so many prices? horrible pedi this time i had to go home and cut my toe nails he left them so long. He only painted like half nails then takes the trimmers to cut excess paint off my skin. NO THANK YOU read more

Worst service EVER!!!!! My husband and I were here to get manicures & pedicures. When we arrived it was 3 ladies in front of us which was fine, we checked in and was willing to wait. During the 45 minute wait we were there, 8 people walked in which in turn happened to be family and they immediately went to a chair. When I notice they had picked out color and getting service, I asked one of the workers about it and they told me it would be another hour before they got to us. I stated but we were here first and they stated "but they are family and they come first"......so I guess our money wasn't good enough!!!! Never again will I ever give Tammy another dime!!!! read more

Out of all the years I have patronage Tammy salon she spoke so rudely to me! Accused me of walking out on a bill which I honestly have no recollection of. She claimed a day a couple of months ago I ALWAYS use my debit card. When asked specifically what date she's talking about she's unable to provide it! Mind you I ALWAYS use my debit card my name and number is on her caller ID I always have scheduled an appointment with her! I ALWAYS have signed my receipts and left cash tip! Just moving forward whomever patronize this establishment be mindful! Also just an FYI there are a lot of underage employees working that that i know their NOT certified to be doing nails etc! Time report a lot of things to health department, state board, etc! Tammy you've spoken rudely to the WRONG CUSTOMER! Since you have my name and number on your ID box I would gladly appreciate if you stop calling me from restricted numbers I know that's no one but you I honestly thought you were a mature adult but your extremely immature for your age read more

The first visit I made to Tammy's was 30 minutes before closing. I needed a pedicure and more but just asked for a pedicure because I didn't want to keep them past closing time. When I arrived and they noticed my unkept hands they suggested a manicure too. I didn't think they could do anything with my hands but was glad they were willing to try to make them look better. I mentioned that I was going to a baby shower the next day and the owner was willing to stay late and do my eyebrows. I was so grateful that everyone worked together to help me look better and impressed that they took me right before closing and even stayed late. My second visit was more detailed since I actually made an appointment. After both of my visits, I have received so many compliments on my nails. I have a coworker that wants to go for my next visit. Tammy's accommodated me at closing time and pampered me while making my nails look so good that people wanted to know where I had my nails done. I highly recommend Tammy's Nails. read more

i loved coming here!! i came around 5 on a sunday (they close at 6) but it was very busy so i didn't get seen until closer to closing and Tammy stayed after hours to make sure i was taken care of with no complaints!! she talked to me and i had such a great experience! i got gel in my toes and fingernails and i got my eyebrows waxed. i'm very picky when it comes to my eyebrows and she did such an amazing job, it barely hurt and she trimmed them really well. i would 100% recommend going here and i will definitely be back soon! read more

Went to visit a high school friend who I haven't seen in 40 years, who is a regular at the establishment. Tammy's Nails is number one, bar none. The service was excellent, even by California standard. Tim is funny and did a wonderful job with my aching feet, while Tammy and the young girl did my nails. Boy I was pampered. On top of that we each had complimentary drinks. Why can't they all be like Tammy and her staffs? I have been going to Tammy's for a very long time, probably 16 years now. I have never had a bad experience, and I know how hard Tammy works to make sure her customers are satisfied . If there is ever a problem, she is more than happy to fix it right away. She is very professional and she makes sure her staff works as hard as she does. I love the pedicure chairs with the wonderful massage too. I will always go to Tammy's Nails to take care of my nails. read more

I've been coming to Tammy's Nails on and off for a few years now. I've tried other places closer to my home, but I always end up coming back here! They do my nails just like I like for them to be. Have a very large selection of nail colors. It's always clean and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend this place for a mani:pedi. read more

I went to get a pedicure and fill in with gel polish. The pedicure was awesome, however he didn't do so good on my polish. The girl that did my nails absolutely gorgeous and fixed my polish on my toes as well... I stopped in for a quick manicure. It was my first visit to this shop. I wanted a gel polish and I also had a nail that was split toward the nail bed. I received excellent service-one of the best I've had in the Memphis area. The wait time was quick and so was the manicure, but the quality was excellent. read more
