Imaging was fast and friendly. Lady that did ultrasound was very nice. She did a great job. Blood work was also great. Did not hurt and they found my vein right away, not always the case at some places. Elvira took my blood and was so nice. Talked with me the whole time to take my mind off the bloodwork. Because I had 2 appointments I had to wait in between, which is expected. The original lady that checked me in came over in between to make sure I had been seen. I was thankful and honestly do not always see someone like that who cares and wants you to be helped right away. So happy with everyone I was in contact with at BayCare. No voicemails left) and that Dr. Parker was no longer accepting new patients. I called back to get more information and was informed that her last day accepting new patients was July 17th [Friday]. For my appointment to have been scheduled FOR MONTHS to it JUST NOW being addressed is completely UNACCEPTABLE. At the very least I could have been rescheduled or notified prior to this last minute indecency. This is by far the worse experience I've had with anyone representing Advent Health and it's completely unprofessional. After months of waiting, I have now been turned away. No consideration and no concern for a patient that has been waiting for YOU, Dr. Parker, specifically. What a horrible way to be treated. I am thoroughly disappointed.
