Wanted to check out the boats they had to choose from and if there was one for the day we wanted. After finding this info the was a place to click book. So I clicked the button. It left me book and pay with no problems. Received confirmation that the payment was excepted and reservation confirmation number. A few hours later received an email saying to check the web site and call them. So I called the person n the line was very rude and all but called me all but stupid for using the website. He knew it was letting people book and did not bother to make that clear in his message. Some websites are only down for a matter of an hour. So he kept saying that his billing was a 3rd party billing and I was billed and it wasn't his problem. The receipt did say not valid until I received a call back. Well he still sent the invoice to credit card company. All the time knowing he was not going to provide the services. Now giving me a hassle about refunding my money. Terrible company!!!!!!

Unfortunately the day we booked ended up being too cold (64 degrees on the water with wind chill is much too cold for an older woman and a toddler). We informed this company that we would have a toddler and older women on this trip prior to payment or contract signings. When we attempted to reschedule for a different day we were told "it's not that cold" and "nobody else has complained" and that "it's going to be 75" and yes it was 75 but on mainland. Anyone who knows anything remotely about being on the water or marine life should know that it's always colder offshore. Then after we complied with this company and adhered to their rules saying that we would still make it work and SIGNED A CONTRACT. They then told us 45 minutes after signing our contract that they decided that they don't want to go through with us being on their boat because "they don't know who they're renting their 40,000$ boat to" as a business you cannot go back on a contract after having us sign it and taking payment information . Do NOT book with this company as they DO NOT have a welcoming staff. I attempted to call and speak to a manager or supervisor and I was met with someone telling me that I should call their direct number but they never gave it to me. Then they attempted to put me on hold and forgot to press mute and I heard one of their employees call me stupid for calling and then everyone else laugh as they hung up the phone on me after telling me they would go get a manager . AND THEN BLOCKED MY NUMBER when I attempted to call back. This business will be reported to the Better Business Bureau immediately . Just pure and utter unprofessionalism on all fronts .

Great place to spend and afternoon at the beach! There is a great playground right next to the…read morebeach and some great spots on each side to go fishing. There are 3-4 large pavilions on the beach, along with grills. There are a couple of volleyball courts as well. Showers and restrooms are located near the entrance/exit of the parking lot. A word of caution - there are some sharks in the waters, so you don't want to venture out past the no swimming signs that are clearly posted in the water. Two downsides to this location - there are no waves (I know that's no ones fault!) and the sand/beach area isn't maintained by a staff, so there is grass growing very close to the beach. One could argue that you get that "natural" beach feeling, so to each their own.
