I ordered special eyedrops tbat my eye surgeon had contacted you with a prescription. I called and ordered the drops Tuesday October 15 explaining my surgery is this Thursday October 24. I was told the order would arrive by Saturday Oct. 19 as I was to start using the drops today the 21st. Your shipment hasn't arrived so I had to purchase drops at my pharmacy for $199.19. I need my money refunded and a RA number for return when the drops do arrive. I hope you normally give better service. read more

I received the first dose of a new medication on 9/23/2019. The second monthly dose should have arrived 30 days later. It did not. I was not contacted by Benzer about that delay. On November 1, BEFORE any product was shipped, they charged my insurance for the expected shipment. It was, I later found out, set to be shipped November 4. However, they were out of stock that day, and nothing went out. I was left waiting, and NOBODY AT BENZER CALLED ME TO TELL ME WHAT WAS GOING ON. Yesterday, November 11, I called the location myself (which I should not have had to do). Only then did I find out about the unaccounted-for delay. I was told that not only did they still not have it, they couldn't tell me when they MIGHT get it. Two representatives, yesterday and today, specifically told me that they were waiting on the manufacturer to send a shipment, and strongly implied that no pharmacies were getting shipments. This was a lie. Not only did both of them lie, they actively said that they could not call the manufacturer for more information and that it would come in when it came in, and I'd just have to wait. I know they were lying because I just got off the phone with the product hotline of the manufacturer. There is not and has not been an interruption in the supply of the medication. It's Benzer's own distributor that's at fault. Now, in addition to the incompetence, the lies, and the abject indifference, there's a matter of insurance fraud, because Benzer charged my insurance for a product that was never shipped, and they knew it. It was the manufacturer hotline that discovered that and informed me. I'll be referring that aspect to the State Attorney's Office tomorrow, as well as reporting it to my insurance carrier. The hotline representative was extremely helpful, contacted a pharmacy that I frequently use and like, and arranged to have all the information and authorization transferred to them. Been out of my medication for over 2 weeks now. They continue to tell me it should only be a few more days. This week I was told I can't guarantee but I am certain it will be this week. Can't even contact them until Monday since they are closed on the weekends. Also I was told I would be contacted with an update on on Tuesday of this week when I called. Well it's 9:45pm on a Friday night and here I sit without my medication and no callback with an update since I last spoke to them. I would have never had it filled at this pharmacy if they would have been straight forward with the amount of time they were going take to fill my prescription. The only reason I use Benzer is because they were the cheapest and recommended by my physician. I believe I will notify my physicians office to make them aware of the situation and hopefully they will discontinue recommendations to Benzer pharmacy. read more

Due to having an underlying autoimmune disease, I needed to get the second shingles vaccine prior to restarting infusions. My doctor's office didn't carry the vaccine, and large chain pharmacies in the area all seem to have waiting lists into the hundreds. I called Benzer, and they not only had the vaccine, but were able to give it to me the very same day--no waiting list. Their customer service is unmatched, and their kindness is such a welcome experience with a pharmacy today. Amir took the time to explain all side effects of the vaccine to me, and let me know what I could expect over the next few days. The pharmacy tech was a very sweet young lady as well. I'm so thankful for the care and attention I received here. Anyone else who chooses Benzer in Indian Land will not be disappointed. Thanks, y'all! read more

Boy, am I glad I found this pharmacy! It was recommended to me by a local eye clinic who sent them three prescriptions for me. After my appointment, I drove directly to the pharmacy and, within a few minutes, had my medicine in hand...and at a huge savings over what I would have paid elsewhere! I was trying to fill my prescription here a couple weeks ago and I had good rx and told the lady that was on the phone I would like to use it she said ok I gave her all the info and she gave me a higher price then what the good rx was and she told me I ain't giving u the right price till u change your review I said nevermind dont even fill it and I went somewhere else and normally don't have a problem with benzer but I won't go to benzer again read more

I must be used to the big pharmacies, but it about blew my mind when I stopped in to get 3 prescriptions refilled and only had to wait 7 or 8 minutes. I didn't call ahead. I figured I would stop in and tell the pharmacist I was needing refills and then come back in about an hour. I came across this pharmacy from advertisement seen in physicians offices. I was glad because i needed home delivery at the time due to being a care giver and they delivered. So I said I will try them out. Thinking they were all the same. Well this pharmacy is not and it has been a pleasure doing business with then. They are courteous and very professional. If you take the prescription in it will take them no longer than 15 minutes max. Their service is very hard to beat. If your the prescription is epresribed they will do their best to get them in for you the same day depending on the time they receive the prescription. If the medication needs pr eauthorization they will work directly with the insurance and physicians to get you the medication requested. Physicians love this setvice because it cuts time on their hours and paying extra to have it authorized. Their OTC drugs are reasonably price.
