I've not been here in a quick minute! But wow this store has really transformed!! What used to be on the dirty side is actually clean and organized! It's nice to actually browse and I typically avoid Walmart at all costs unless absolutely necessary. They had all their Christmas stuff out so it was so nice to come and browse with my friend until HomeGoods opened across the street. I did end up buying goods here too! Stopped here due to its location (on my route from the airport to my hotel) - excellent selection, fairly clean overall (especially during a busy midday stop), fairly friendly and helpful staff. We purchase the 5 gallon Primo water at Walmart. Anywhere we can get them actually. They also sell Primo water at Lowes & Home Depot. Their prices are all the same. Anyway, Walmart usually has them IN STOCK in the front of the store by the registers. Lowes & Home Depot run out of them all the time. We have been purchasing the primo water for years. We have a water cooler at home for them & we usually carry a bottle in the car to fill our bottles up with it. We do not purchase single use plastic bottles. "Primo bottles keeps 1500 single-use water bottles out of landfills & oceans. Protect our planet. Preserve our environment. Promote change." There is a horribly filthy subway in this Walmart but they do have a decent Organic produce section. Surprisingly, the service was very pleasant here & very helpful. Will Return. read more

The phone will ring until you have timed out and the call gets disconnected. If the call is answered, you get put on hold and then the call gets disconnected. FALSE advertisement during Black Friday. Luckily we actually paid attention for the first time ever and looked over our scanned items before paying. Manager who had the audacity to show up to work in her worst possible attire which looked as if she just rolled out of bed acted as if honoring the price would take a hit on her paycheck. To make matters worse, she was hanging out with her cop friend outside and was escorted to the register as if to intimidate someone simply asking them to honor a clear price as shown on the shelf. get your s--- together Walmart. When I tried to place my weekly delivery order with this store, #1390, it said there were no delivery (or pickup) options available. I have been placing orders here for the past couple of years with Walmart in-home delivery, so I called the store to find out why there was nothing available for the next week or so or if was just a glitch on the website. The phone rang and rang and rang after I pressed 4 for the online pickup and delivery department until it finally disconnected the call. So I tried again...same result. Tried pressing 0 for the operator...again, no answer, call ends. Tried again, same result. This happens every time I try to contact the store!!! Terrible customer service! read more

If not for the fabulous women working at the customer care center, today at 5p, this would have been a one star. How a 10 minute purchase turned into an hour : All over the store there are signs advertising Walmart and Affirm partnership. Apparently these are a lie. At the electronics counter the kind gentleman did not know how to use it and directed me to customer care. When I got to customer care they didn't either know either. She called her manager and was told that "we don't use that here," to which responded, "well it's odd to have a sign right on this counter saying you do." By the look on her face whatever her manager said on the phone was not pleasant. And the manager hung up on her. I paid in full instead, but it would have been nice to have the option. DO NOT USE THEIR GROCERY PICKUP SERVICE!! They took 45 minutes to get us 8 items for taco night (not a lot goong on there) and we ordered it that morning and when we arrived there this evening for our scheduled pickup time, they said "we are putting it together now"- like 20 minutes after we had already checked in online as being in thr parking lot. This is the Walmart I frequently shop at because of its close proximity to my home. It is very convenient. The self checkout line goes really fast and allows me to get in and out which at other locations was difficult to do when people have full carts and try to bring in 100 items into the 10 items or less line. This location is always tidy considering the number of people shop here daily. They sometimes are out of stock with popular items like bananas especially after the weekend on a Sunday. The customer service and friendliness of the staff is good but no one really talks to you unless you are at checkout. I have used their in store pickup option which I did not have to pay for shipping costs. It also allowed for faster returns as well if I initiated the process on my mobile app. I highly recommend it as the return line can be extremely long. All in all this is a good Walmart in comparison to other Walmarts. read more

Came to purchase some items at this Walmart store today. Went to che k out at one of the self check out registers that said no cash purchase. I was using debit/ ebt. The machine was having issues with checking out using cards, I called for assistance. Tried multiple times before getting transfered to a different register. During the whole issue of no being able to cash out using debit card caused my bank to put a hold on my account for possible fraud. Today b is Friday and I have to deal with now calling the bank and getting my account active again. Noone ever apologized, nor said anything comforting to the fact I had been there for over 15 minutes trying to cash out. The customer service was horrible and really recommend for the management to address technical isues at the moment instead of trying and trying to fix it. read more

Clean store, but somewhat scary people. Every time I step into a Walmart I'm usually reminded why I don't shop there. Yes, the prices may be cheaper than what you find anywhere else, but the clientele can make me a little uneasy. A couple people seemed like they were on drugs (including an employee). This could just be their personality, but I still don't want to be around if they start going through withdrawal. The good news is this is a clean Walmart. If I was just walking down the aisle in my own little bubble, I would find nothing wrong with the merchandise. It was around Easter and they even had giant stuffed minions with bunny ears for around $22! I didn't know I needed that, but I needed it. Even though this is a huge store, you still may not find everything you need. We were looking for a specific type of light bulb (my husband knows what we were looking for, I just know it looks like a swirly coil instead of the bulb) and we were unable to find it. In the parking lot, a car actually swerved around us to pull in front to let passengers out (and I'm talking slow-moving passengers). It would have made more sense for them to just let us leave, and, you know, follow normal traffic patterns, but again, that's the clientele that comes here. I wouldn't stop people from coming here, but I will probably avoid it myself. read more

I went there about 2-3 weeks ago a little after 8:00am, they have been remodeling for months, one door is closed BUT no sign to advise this. I and disabled so I try to park close. Well parked and walked up door locked. Then walked to other end of the store to return. Noticed NO registers open al all just self checkout. Which I do not do. called this morning to see if the 1 door open, first time phone rang for over 3 minutes, called back rang over 2 minutes never an answer. For starters, the self checkout has turned into more trouble than its worth! Every single time I am behind anyone, they have problems and it turns into a major delay, my last visit here the woman in front of me had over 2 dozen coupons, someone came over to help her and its typically best to find a cashier and do It the old fashioned way! There is a reason why we didn't have self checkout years ago, people back then had a brain in their heads, todays people scare the heck out of me. The real issue are the employees, since the coronavirus, it certainly appears that no two employees are given the same tasks, rules, obligations, basically no real management! I was shopping with someone in the makeup aisle, there was a young guy stocking the shelves while we were trying brands out and deciding, he was polite and asked if we needed any help, he was there to help in any way! After we tried out 4 or so different shades on our wrist, this woman comes over with authority in her step and flips out, and I mean flips out!! She grabbed the bottles of makeup that we tried on and asked if we were purchasing all of them, we said no, were deciding which shade we need and have never tried that particular brand, the woman who was flipping out seemed to be some sort of manager and not just an employee, she grabbed the bottles that we touched and threw them into her pouch, then yelled saying those expensive makeup bottles were going straight to the garbage? Apparently you can touch mugs, bikes, rafts, food, drinks, candy, clothing, hoses, lawn mowers, plants, shampoo bottles, aspirin, toothpaste, DVD players, TV's, etc., etc., etc., but you can no longer touch the makeup or lipstick bottles? There was no sign, no rules and the employee who was standing 4' to our left knew nothing about not being able to handle the makeup any longer, only the manager seems to know this. They obviously need to put a sign up that says no more trying out shades of makeup or lipsticks any longer, they cant have management flip out and come charging at customers, they would not last a second where I'm at with this bizarre behavior or mindset. I realize many people are scared, and freaking out, but if things are that bad, see a Psychiatrist. Also start getting your employees together and going over the rules, each person says something different and no two know exactly what is going on. A business this large and well known should not be in this sort of confusion with what can and cannot be done. BTW if you touch a makeup and put it back, that is no different than touching a shampoo bottle and putting it back. And all the employees wearing masks thinking they have their basis covered from catching the virus, you are in more harm with the virus with your eyes exposed than you are with your mouth or face. If people would think first rather than flip out, all that manager had to do was take 5 seconds and clean each makeup bottle that was touched, throwing them all out was a total overkill. read more

I came here the other day to return clothes that didn't fit me since their fitting rooms are closed due to COVID. I had to try them on at home and I wanted return the ones that didn't fit. But every time I come to the service area, they always seem to be closed. I asked what time do they close and they said 8pm. So I came today at 7:05pm because I don't finish work until 6:30pm. And they're closed, again! And they were super rude about it, I just want to get the right size, I just want to exchange the wrong sizes and that's all. I actually found this Walmart to be pretty good. Shelves all very well stocked, aisles wide enough enough that you don't risk a head on collision with another shopper. Food looks fresh and nice selection on produce. The store is clean and orderly and staff were attentive. Could be that we arrived pretty early so not sure what it would be like as the day progressed. Large parking lot and lots of shopping cart return areas do those who cannot walk far or don't want to can still get carts out of the parking lot (huge pet peeve of mine) Pretty decent Walmart for me. read more

I went to the gas station and paid for gas and the pump wasn't working. I went inside and told the lady that checked me out( Older white women) that it wasn't working and she said she didn't charge me which was a lie. As soon as I pulled up the transaction on my phone she switched it up and told me there will be a refund in about a week. Another younger white man with brown hair got nasty with me because I asked which pump was working so I didn't get any more charges for pumps that don't work and he proceeded to tell me to go to a different gas station. I was once told I couldn't pick up a package because they didn't know how to work the system. The single worst aspect of this location is cleanliness. I placed my order before I arrived in Florida on Monday and it is now Wednesday and I am still trying to get my groceries even after speaking to a customer service representative this system is flawed and instead of cancelling my order how about a phone call first. They just assumed it was fraudulent. 4 x. Even after I spoke to them. Its ridiculous. I'm visiting my son at college and wanted to make things easy and not spend my time in a store ,but with him.
