Purchased a month package here before they closed this location. Owner was supposed to keep good on any outstanding customer packages for their new location but didn't. I went in after the move and one of the employees told me I didn't have a package there and my package at the previous location wouldn't transfer to the new location. Beware of spending your money here. I purchased a one month tanning package here because it was closest to home. If you have kids, you understand that squeezing in time for this type of thing while carting kids to and from activities is difficult. Anyway, drove to this business from another town to find it closed early today. This is the second closed sign on the door since I started my month tanning package 5 days ago. Called their second location in another town to find out the reason: they had fired someone. No management coming in to keep the place open. Nothing. Also, when I inquired about getting my month extended a day because there was no access today, they said 'No, that's why we have two locations.' To quote YouTube . . . "Ain't nobody [with kids] got time for that!" And besides, that isn't WHY they have two locations. That is just poor business. I would give zero stars, but the app won't allow me to. read more
