I had 7 bottles that i wanted to buy and there was no sign saying that there was a limit to begin with. For him to do that without a sign is ridicules . The store missed out on 200$ + in sales since each bottle was 30$. The rest of the staff was nice but because of his behavior i would not recommend shopping here .

The membership would allow me to purchase SBS products at their discounted rates. I returned 2 hours later, still dressed in the same clothing, and the cashier acted like she had never seen, nor spoken to me. This was REALLY odd since there was no one in the store when I was there before and no one there, but her, when I returned. Was her memory THAT bad or was she on drugs? I spent over $100 dollars and didn't even receive a "thank you for your patronage". If this is their version of customer service, I will be shopping at other locations of SBS. This was just a little too odd for my taste.

But, there's a new girl, Jenny, and she is always so helpful and sweet. Without a doubt she will be the reason I continue to visit this Sally's. She has helped me find the right product several times and has shared her experiences and honesty with the products. Instead of trying to just push a product that she knows probably wouldn't work. I sense a new energy walking in there now. She's doing good things for the store. There's a couple new girls as well but I haven't interacted with them. This store has definitely changed in the past few months, in the best way possible.

Manager type employee who seemed to be training the young employee even called another customer a "B!***" as the customer walked out the door. Multiple bad experiences. Stay away unless you enjoy bad attitudes, rude comments and know exactly what you need.
