That's why I'm genuinely glad to say this particular PBT location completely breaks that mold. The people here truly care. Take today, for example. I've spent the past month dealing with multiple surgeries and hadn't been able to visit. When I finally walked in, I was immediately greeted with, "Oh my gosh, David--I'm so glad to see you. I've been worried since I haven't seen you in a while. Is everything okay?" That kind of sincerity is rare--and it wasn't a one-time moment. This is how they consistently treat their customers. First, the nail tech proceeded to cut OFF my nails without warning. I did not want them cut, they were the perfect length for me which is not much. Then worse, she left them jagged. I kept expecting her to even out and fix the damage she reaped on my nails but no. To add insult to injury, i then had to pay $20 for her butchery to my previously good looking nails. I left with my nails looking horrible when they previously looked good and just needed polish. I will not be going back to this place again.
